Abstract. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the iqro method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an at TPQ X Rengasdengklok Karawang. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by compiling data, connecting data, reducing, presenting data, then concluded. The results of this study reveal 4 findings, namely: 1) Teacher planning in improving the ability to read the Qur'an with the iqro method and has not fully met the criteria, because in the planning there are still some things that have not been fully implemented. 2) The implementation of the teacher in improving the ability to read the Qur'an with the iqro method is in accordance with the existing concept or the implementation clearly follows the rules of the iqro method. 3) Teacher evaluation in improving the ability to read the Qur'an with the Iqro method in its implementation can be said to be still less effective. 4) As for the obstacle, it is constrained by time, place and lack of educators. The conclusion is that the use of the iqro method in improving the ability to read Al-Qur’an is less effective because of the lack of teachers and the absence of learning evaluation. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode iqro dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an di TPQ X Rengasdengklok Karawang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analasis data dilakukan dengan cara menyusun data, menghubungkan data, mereduksi, menyajikan data, kemudian disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan 4 temuan yaitu: 1) Perencanaan guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an dengan metode iqro dan belum sepenuhnya memenuhi kriteria, karena dalam perencanaanya masih ada beberapa hal yang belum sepenuhnya terlaksana. 2) Pelaksanaan guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an dengan metode iqro sudah sesuai dengan konsep yang ada atau pelaksanaanya sudah jelas mengikuti aturan metode iqro. 3) Evaluasi guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an dengan metode Iqro dalam pelaksanaannya dapat dikatakan masih kurang efektif. 4) adapun kendalanya yaitu terkendala oleh waktu, tempat dan juga kurangnya tenaga pendidik. Kesimpulannya yaitu penggunaan metode iqro dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an kurang efektif karena kurangnya guru dan tidak adanya evaluasi pembelajaran.
The metamorphosis of public organizations in response to internal and external demands is manifested in the form of reform, revitalization and the formation of government networks. The government is required to always adjust to the development of the environment. This adjustment is an effort to respond to the development of society and the global environment. External factors require public organizations to be more flexible in governance. This article wants to discuss the efforts of the Banyuwangi Regency government and the collaboration that was carried out in order to fix green open space in Banyuwangi Regency, East Java. The approach used in writing this paper is a socio-legal approach that combines normative approaches with research results, assessment results, and other references and is reinforced by empirical research conducted through interviews and observations. This research found the existence of efforts by the city government to develop regulations related to the regulation of green open space as well as various collaborative efforts between government, civil society and the private sector in the implementation of the development of green open spaces in Banyuwangi Regency. The preparation of legal instruments and the establishment of government networks is actually part of the new public governance paradigm that seeks to optimize the roles of government and stake holders in the development of green open spaces. This study also found that the role of the community as a civil society was considered important in promoting democratic governance, the effectiveness of regulations that were oriented to the public interest.
Warung Microfinance is Bank financing to individual customers or business entities engaged in the MSME sector to finance their business needs through working capital financing or investment financing. This product is not only owned by banks, but other Islamic banks also own it. To face competition between banks, each bank must have a different competitive strategy. This description is a type of qualitative research that aims to find out the procedures for financing micro stalls, the competitive strategies used and the obstacles encountered in implementing the competitive strategy. Data analysis using descriptive methods. To obtain valid data, the author uses several data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study state that the procedure for financing a micro shop at the Bank is very easy. Customers come to the bank office with the requirements for financing a micro shop and then the paperwork will be taken care of by the administration. If it is complete and meets the requirements, it will be continued by signing the agreed contract. The competitive strategy used by the Bank is to provide a low mark up rate, more varied products and a low repayment rate. Constraints faced in the implementation of this competitive strategy are disbursement that is not timely (disbursement of funds stretched), other banks offer lower prices / mark-ups and lack of employees.
This research aims to develop a mobile learning-based learning media based on physical fitness material for high school students in grade ten. The method used in this study is research and development. The data collection technique uses interviews with sports teachers and the distribution of questionnaires to grade ten students at Senior High School 1 Purwosari, Senior High School 1 Gondangwetan, and Senior High School 1 Lumbang. The data analysis technique in this study utilized a Likert scale which examined the gradation of the score. The products are firstly validated by experts, such as media, learning and material experts. The score results of each validator are 93% of the scores from the validation of media experts, 82% of the scores from the validation of learning experts, and 84% of the scores from the validation of material experts, while for large group trials, the score obtained is 85%. Thus, referring to the data results, the development of the product in this research is feasible, can be used and disseminated.
