International audienceRegularity conditions are given for the consistency of the Poisson quasi-maximum likelihood estimator of the conditional mean parameter of a count time series model. The asymptotic distribution of the estimator is studied when the parameter belongs to the interior of the parameter space and when it lies at the boundary. Tests for the significance of the parameters and for constant conditional mean are deduced. Applications to specific integer-valued autoregressive (INAR) and integer-valued generalized autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity (INGARCH) models are considered. gp350 of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) induces a strong immune response in EBV-infected individuals, but relatively little is known about the clinical relevance of this response in patients with different EBV-associated malignancies and other diseases. Using our gp350-expressing cell clones, we studied gp350-specific humoral immune responses in the sera of individuals with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), chronic symptomatic EBV infection (CEI), Hodgkin's disease (HD), acute infectious mononucleosis (IM) and healthy EBVseropositive individuals (HI). The titres of antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) antibodies were highest in HI followed by CEI, HD and NPC. EBV-neutralizing (NA) and gp350-specific IgG antibody profiles in these conditions were: CEI G HI G NPC G HD, whereas IgA titres were the highest in NPC sera followed by CEI and HD. The sera from IM patients were found to be negative for gp350-specific ADCC and IgA activities. Sera from HI were also negative for gp350-specific IgA. A significant positive correlation was found between serum gp350 IgA and viral capsid antigen IgA and a significant negative one between IgM and ADCC titres. High IgA titres were also found in CEI and EBV-genome positive HD in addition to NPC. Importantly, gp350-specific IgA titres were of prognostic value in NPC patients. Our data provide new insights about the clinical relevance of gp350-specific immune responses in these diseases.

This network invariant infers the expressions of the expected number of time-steps required to trace a randomly selected terminus state since a fixed beginning state s i . Levene and Loizou determined that the Kemeny's constant can also be obtained through eigenvalues. Motivated by Levene and Loizou, we deduced the Kemeny's constant and the number of spanning trees of hexagonal ring network by their normalized Laplacian eigenvalues and the coefficients of the characteristic polynomial. Based on the achieved results, entirely results are obtained for the Möbius hexagonal ring network.

Metaverse is part of the increasingly rapid development of technology in the world, bringing the virtual world into the real world is very possible. Starting from a novel, metaverse has now begun the process of being implemented, especially with the COVID-19 pandemic being one of the strong foundations for speeding up the implementation of this technology. Since the emergence of the metaverse echoed by Facebook, which has changed its name to meta, has made the world's public attention increasingly highlight this technology, some have welcomed it and some have concerns about the development of this technology. Research to explore the sentiments of the Indonesian people towards metaverse technology uses the CRISP-DM method with the Support Vector Machine algorithm and the test is carried out by comparing it with another algorithm, namely the tree algorithm, the programming language used is the R language with the Rstudio application. This study obtained the results of Indonesian public opinion on metaverse technology which showed 66% to be neutral, 17% negative and 16% positive, while the results of testing with the SVM algorithm showed SVM performance results of 87% with the kernel used was Linear, and these results are far better than using the tree algorithm which only has a performance of 71%.

BackgroundLiver transplantation is the life-saving standard of care for those with end-stage liver disease. Unfortunately, many patients on the liver transplant list die waiting. Several studies have demonstrated significant differences based on disparities in race, gender, and multiple socioeconomic factors. We sought to evaluate recent disparities among patients receiving liver transplants using the latest available data from the National Inpatient Sample (NIS), the largest publicly available inpatient care database in the United States. MethodsWe performed an analysis of discharge data from the NIS between 2016 and 2019. We identified adult patients with chronic liver disease who underwent a liver transplant using the International Classification of Diseases, 10th revision (ICD-10) codes. Multivariate logistic regression was used to adjust for differences in race, gender, socioeconomic status, and comorbidities among those who received a liver transplant. ResultsA total of 24,595 liver transplants were performed over the study period. Female gender was independently associated with decreased transplant rates (adjusted odds ratio (AOR) 0.83, 95% confidence interval (CI), 0.78-0.89, P < 0.001). Compared to White patients, Black patients had decreased transplant rates (AOR 0.86, 95% CI, 0.75-0.99, P = 0.034), as did Native Americans (AOR 0.64; 95% CI, 0.42-0.97, P = 0.035). Hispanics and Asian Americans had increased rates of liver transplantation (AOR 1.16, 95% CI 1.02-1.32, P = 0.022, and 1.36, 95% CI 1.11-1.67, P = 0.003; respectively). The increase in income quartile was associated with an incremental increase in transplant rates. Additionally, patients with private insurance had much higher transplant rates compared to those with Medicare (AOR 2.50, 95% CI 2.31-2.70, P < 0.001) while patients without insurance had the lowest rates of transplantation (AOR 0.18, 95% CI 0.12-0.28, P < 0.001). ConclusionsOur analysis demonstrates that race, gender, and other social determinants of health have significant impacts on the likelihood of receiving a liver transplant. Our study, on a national level, confirms previously described disparities in receiving liver transplantation. Patient-level studies are needed to better understand how these variables translate into differing liver transplantation rates.
