This study aimed at identifying the training needs of governmental schools' principals with kindergarten classes. The sample of the study consisted of a random sample of (62) female principal. The instrument of the study was developed by the researchers and included 60 items distributed on four domains (planning, organizing, guidance, and assessment). The results of this study indicated that governmental school principals needed training in the areas of planning, organization, guidance and assessment. The results also indicated that academic qualification and years of experience did not have any statistically significant effect on domains of the study. The study provided a number of recommendations such as designing training courses for governmental schools' principals, increasing the number of training courses and programs.
The aim of this study was to identify the estimate degree of kindergarten teacher’s regarding the effectiveness of in-service programs from their point of view. The researcher used a developed questionnaire for the purpose of collecting data from members of the study population amounting (353) adult. The researcher used the packet statistics of Social Sciences (SPSS) to analyze the data resolution depending on the statistical and analytical methods in answering the questions of the study. The researcher came up with the following findings: - The estimate degree of kindergarten teachers of the effectiveness of in-service programs ranked high. - The degree of appreciation of dimensions of the program ranked middle. - The implementation and design of the in-service training programs ranked high as well. - There are significant no differences between scientific qualification in the degree of effectiveness of in-service training programs. - There are significant differences between scientific experiences in the degree of effectiveness of in-service training programs. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تقديرات معلمات رياض الأطفال لفاعلية برامج التدريب اثناء الخدمة من وجهة نظرهن. واستخدم الباحث استبانه لغرض جمع البيانات من أفراد مجتمع الدراسة والبالغ تعداده (353) معلمة، وقد تم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ((SPSS لتحليل بيانات الاستبانة اعتماداً على أساليب إحصائية وتحليلية للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - أن درجة تقديرات معلمات رياض الأطفال لمدى فاعلية برامج التدريب أثناء الخدمة جاءت مرتفعة. - أن درجة تقديرهن لأبعاد تنفيذ وتصميم برامج التدريب أثناء الخدمة جاءت متوسطة. - هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد تنفيذ وتصميم برامج التدريب أثناء الخدمة في فاعلية برامج التدريب أثناء الخدمة لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال. - لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للمؤهل العلمي في درجة فاعلية برامج التدريب اثناء الخدمة. - هنالك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للخبرة في درجة فاعلية برامج التدريب اثناء الخدمة.
