The high level of logistics development positively affects many socio-economic indicators of the country’s economic development, such as inflation rates, productivity indicators, etc. Increasing productivity through the use of logistics at enterprises has a positive impact on the competitiveness in global markets, as well as on profit level. The aim of this article is to analyze the evolution of productivity in rail transport among several countries from 1997 to 2016. We use a non-parametric approach that allows us to change the performance and efficiency of the transport infrastructure. The main indicators of rail transport should be divided into variations of efficiency and technical changes. The results indicate that productivity growth is concentrated in the last period (1997-2016), when most countries conducted reform processes. This increase in productivity occurred mainly due to technical progress. We also analyze the correlation analysis to determine the factors most influencing the effectiveness. In contrast to similar articles, we justified that the higher the autonomy and financial independence, the higher the level of efficiency and technical change in the infrastructure of the railway transport.
For this study, carried out as an empirical study, 37 landlocked countries have been selected. And a broader economic impact on the national economy, on the quality of the port infrastructure and logistics efficiency has been considered as well as investments on creating a high quality port infrastructure and its contribution to the economy, often questioned by politicians, investors and general public. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) has been used for providing empirical data about a significant economic impact on the port infrastructure quality and logistics efficiency. However, some countries that do not have access to the sea are not, according to international agreements, inferior to other countries in terms of economic growth.
The stability and security of the food system are key factors in the quality of life of the population. The purpose of the study is to develop mechanisms to ensure the stability and security of the food system of Kazakhstan, taking into account the solution of current urgent problems. To achieve the goals, the authors used methods of statistical, expert and comparative analysis. The results obtained were achieved through the use of systematic and constructive approaches. The analysis of changes in prices for socially significant food products in the Republic of Kazakhstan for the period 2016-2022 was also carried out, the ratio between the volume of production per capita and the rate of food consumption per capita was studied. In conclusion, the authors make proposals for sufficient provision of the population with socially significant types of food on the basis of strengthening the activities of processing enterprises with the support of the state, taking into account the level of specialization of the regions. It is assumed that the authors' recommendations will solve such urgent problems as the low share of domestic agricultural products in the domestic market, the decline in the country's export potential, the lack of stable sources of income for rural budgets, the inefficiency of the mechanism for the sale of agricultural products, the low share of the introduction of innovative technologies in the development of the agro-industrial complex.
Manuscript presents possible tools for sharing and transferring information in the field of logistics. Initial parts of the paper describe the need of a comprehensive logistics portal within entities operating in the Central Europe as well as outline various information regarding marketing tools for sharing and transferring information. Next part of the paper deals with the importance of mass media in terms of logistics. The most important chapter characterizes individual stages of the CELP project (Central European Logistics Portal) during its realization especially in relation to the logistics issues.
In the modern conception of economic thought, competition is one of the basic conditions for the functioning of a market economy. Nevertheless, in today's unstable market environment, competition is not effective. In this context, we believe that cooperation is a factor in ensuring the stability of the economic system. In this context, we believe that cooperation is a factor in ensuring the stability of the economic system. In this connection the article considers the role of competition in development of society and necessity of its transition to a new paradigm of doing business in the rapidly changing conditions of external environment. A mathematical model of coordinated management has been used in order to determine the possible benefits of cooperation between partners in the markets for goods and services. The results of model research are presented from the standpoint of active system theory and the model was obtained with the condition of perfect matching, corresponding with manufacturers’ cooperation. The goal of the research is the study of competitive model of national economy functioning and the identification of promising trends in business activity of economic subjects on the basis of the model of cooperation.
