Most of the world of education has begun to explore the New Normal Era. The implementation of learning styles that have just begun to be designed in various layers of education, especially in PAUD educational institutions. With the New Normal era, can it affect the performance of an educator in a school where most schools are still learning online? This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership on teacher performance in the New Normal Era at TK PKK 62 Tridaya Canden. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were all teachers of TK PKK 62 Tridaya Canden, totaling 3 people. The results of this study indicate that the average value of 3.58% with the results of the linearity test to determine the results of the influence of variable X on Y obtained a significance level of 0.311 which then used the Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk data normality test to produce data 0.000 which <0, 05, therefore, the Mann-Whitney U test was carried out with a significance level (2-tailed) of 0.538> 0.05 so that it can be said that there is an effect of principal leadership on the performance of PAUD teachers in the New Normal Era.
<p align="center"><strong><em><span>Abstract</span></em></strong><em></em></p><p><em><span>The importance of the strategies that teachers implement in PAUD learning, both as a form of development in the development of the child's aspects. PAUD learning strategies based on local wisdom integrate various cultural values to be introduced into the world of children, at an early age. The problem in this study is based on the phenoma that occurred in TK Omah Dolanan YWKA Yogyakarta which realizes local wisdom-based learning strategies. The purpose of this study was to see how the form of learning strategies carried out by TK Omah Dolanan YWKA Yogyakarta. The research method used by researchers is descriptive qualitative. The data technique uses documentation, interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the form of local wisdom-based learning strategies used is in the form of videos that the teacher makes in the form of enrichment of Javanese language that is in the child. Then the final results can be collected by assignments in the form of videos sent via the Whatsapp Group.</span></em></p>
Psikologi perkembangan anak menjadi salah satu persoalan yang banyak dialami terutama dalam lingkungan keluarga. Kesulitan dalam mendidik karena tidak sesuai dengan harapan menjadikan anak tidak tumbuh maupun berkembang sesuai usianya. Artikel ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghimpun serta menganalisa data yang bersumber dari buku, majalah, koran, dan karya ilmiah lainnya. Penelitian kepustakaan menggunakan pendekatan yang bersifat kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil berbagai penelitian disajikan untuk membahas Persoalan yang saat ini dihadapi yakni tidak semua lingkungan keluarga dapat memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan anak terutama dalam psikologi perkembangannya. Lingkungan keluarga yang berperan sebagai pendidik yang baik dan memenuhi standar menjadi sebuah keseharusan bagi orang tua. Jika tidak, maka psikologi perkembangan anaklah yang menjadi taruhannya, karena orangtua dan anak saling bersinergi untuk menunjang masa depannya. Lingkungan keluarga terutama orang tua merupakan pendidikan pertama bagi psikologi perkembangan anak. Proses perkembangan anak dalam berbagai macam aspek seperti bahasa, fisik-motorik, emosi harus mendapatkan dukungan penting dalam lingkungan keluarga karena dapat menjadikan modal dalam kehidupan anak di masa yang akan datang.
The use of media that is still low at the level of children's expressive language skills makes researchers create media that aims to improve graphic language skills of children 4-5 years old by making magazines as children's worksheets. The research method used is by using research and development methods with data collection techniques through data collection, product design, and produce results which are then processed into data which is then analyzed. Based on the study results, the expressive language skills of the students of Play Group PAUD Harapan Bangsa Cirebon Regency after the trial showed an increase of 22.50% with the outcome of 78.50%, namely in the very well developed category. Animated animal-themed quiz game contains animations (moving pictures), including sub-themes of animal types, animal characteristics, and animal food. Therefore, creating an animated quiz media based on animal themes can improve the expressive language skills of early childhood.
