Time goes rapidly and competition is getting tougher. It demands employees to give high performance in order to exceed work standard determined by the company. work system innovation in banking companies provide stimuli for employees both from basic employees to management level to always be active in and have advantages in understanding the job desk. Extra ordinary behavior, which is usually called. Organizational Citizenship Behavior, is expected to change mindset where employees do not only master one ability, but several abilities or skills beyond their job description. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Distributive and Procedural Justice on OCB through Job satisfaction. This research is descriptive and verivicative analysis. Descriptive research was conducted to obtain a description of Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice, Job satisfaction, and OCB. While verivicative research is done to know the relationship between variables through the calculation - statistical calculation. The method used is survey method. While the sampling technique is Saturated / Census Samples with 65 respondents. Data analysis in this study using the analysis of PLS (Partial Least Square) and found that the Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction that impact on OCB. There are several researchers who have researched OCB from a human resource point of view. Contribution of this research is to help managers to formulate strategies and policy implementation related to the proper management of Human Resources And create new Human Resources with all the best ability to play an extra role in doing the job.

Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk is one of the Banking Company that always makes changes in both the operational system and human resources to achieve maximum work result and fair treatment of all employees in accordance with the quality and quantity of their work so that employees feel committed to the organization Organizational citizenship behavior is expected to change the mindset where an employee does not only master an ability to work in accordance with his main task, but also can have the ability to other units outside the job desk. Therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of distributive justice and procedural justice on OCB through affective commitment. This research is descriptive and verification analysis. The method used is the survey method, while the sampling technique is a saturated sample with a total sample of 65 respondents. Data analysis in this research using PLS (Partial Least Square) Analysis. The result shows that distributive justice, procedural justice has a significant effect on affective commitments that have an impact on OCB.
The Banking Industry has a very important role in economic development in a country. Indonesia, which is the largest Muslim country in the world, certainly has excellent prospects for the development of the Sharia Banking Industry in the future. Therefore, the development of Sharia banks has slowed in recent years and the profitability of Sharia banks is also still below the ideal value. This study aims to determine the internal factors and external factors that influence the profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks from January 2012 to August 2017. The variables used in this study are ROA, Inflation, NPF, and OEOR. The data used is the aggregate data of all Sharia Commercial Banks registered at Bank Indonesia. Measurement of Statistical Descriptions, F-test, t-test, Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient and Multiple Linear Regression using IBM SPSS 21 software. The results showed that there were significant negative effects of the variable BI rate, NPF, and OEOR while the Inflation variable showed a negative but insignificant effect. Overall the above variables affect ROA by 87.7% while 12.3% is likely to be influenced by other factors.
This research aims to analyze and explain job satisfaction as a mediation variable between the effect of transformational leadership and organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior employees of Regional Drinking Water Company Tirta Wijaya Cilacap regency. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method and Slovin formula. This research uses a questionnaire with the number of respondents 131 permanent employees of Regional Drinking Water Company Tirta Wijaya Cilacap Regency. Data analysis uses validity test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t-test f test, and Sobel test to analyze the indirect effect of each variable. The results of the research show that job satisfaction variables can be a mediation between the influence of transformational leadership and organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior. So the company must increase the variables that can affect OCB in order to create company goals. This research also suggests further research to add other variables not examined to strengthen the relationship of each variable with organizational citizenship behavior.

From the results of the study show that transformational leadership, organizational climate, job satisfaction and affective commitment have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously so the company must increase the variables that can affect OCB in order to create company goals. This research also suggests further research to add other variables not examined in order to strengthen the relationship of each variable with OCB.
