Bullying is seen as a variant of aggression. Natural interconnections between contents of teenagers’ fears, anxiety and aggression are analyzed. The longitudinal research results are presented, in the framework of which four consecutive measures of anxiety and the following aggressiveness indexes of 70 6th form pupils, and then 7th form ones are compared. It is being clarified, to what extent aggressive behavior risk is related to animosity as a negative notional attitude of an individual. Hostility stably and positively correlates with school, self-esteem, interpersonal and mystical anxiety among teenagers. Social situation of uncertainty, connected to constant transformation of social norms, exerts heavy influence. According to research results, greatly isolated schoolchildren stand out in each class. It is them, who, according to the expert teachers assessment and included to observational results, are victims to aggressors as well as to “onlookers”, who take positions of passive aggressors. Victims are stably overly anxious, possess high level of hostility and are inclined to protective aggression in behavior. Their further transformation into aggressors can be safely assumed. The research paper presents an analysis of the interrelation between the lateral organisation profiles' indicators and self-regulation features. The existence of significant distinctions in the processes of self-regulation among respondents with different variants of lateral profiles of the interhemispheric asymmetry is proved, as well as the common features of these processes that are peculiar to the individuals having identical options of the lateral profiles are also specified. The combination of general psychological and differential psychological approaches made it possible to establish multilevel connections between the functional asymmetry peculiarities and behavioural and personality self-regulation characteristics being put into practice within the action system aimed at arranging temporal and living space of a person. It was revealed that there is a logic connection between the characteristics of the self-regulation processes and the profiles of lateral organisation, conditioned by the interaction of the interhemispheric asymmetry's native traits within the motor activity organisation having the experience gained during a person's lifetime. The lateral organisation profiles with a more complex interrelation between sensory and motor systems are connected with the formation of personality and activity characteristics of voluntary activity's selfregulation, acquired within the processes of education, upbringing and other forms of socialization. The research results can be used in vocational guidance campaigns, and for academic activity optimization. They can also be applied while implementing principles of differential education, as well as at the classes of mastering the self-regulation system.Аннотация. The article is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the birth of Dr. habil. in Psychology, Professor A.I. Krupnov. It analyzes the continuity and achievements of scientific research on differential psychology in Russian science. Advantages of A.I. Krupnov’s psychological researches and the employees of Psychological Institute of Russian Academy of Education are revealed. The man of the year developed a holistic conceptual foundation of the personality traits’ formation, combining the interaction of direct-sensory and conscious components of human activities. Theoretically grounded and practically demanded aspects of the activity of person’s self-regulation were presented in A.I. Krupnov’s integral concept. Along with article author’s ideas about the regulatory experience of the person providing independence and conscious self-regulation in the process of the organization and implementation of activity are considered. Reconstruction of the appeal to human experience while studying its psychological characteristics in the regulatory context combines the interaction of valuable, reflexive, operational, communicative and habitually-activated components of the activities’ organization and implementation. A person acquires the ability to set tasks through regulatory experience. He chooses them from among those imposed by the environment and generates new tasks independently, and then consistently achieves their successful solution.
