O presente artigo reporta o processo de adaptação e validação da versão portuguesa do Youth Level of Service/Case Management Inventory (YLS/CMI) numa amostra de 2363 jovens em contacto com a ex-Direção Geral de Reinserção Social, Ministério da Justiça, Portugal. Este inventário avalia risco/necessidades criminógenas e fatores de proteção dos jovens delinquentes para utilização na assessoria técnica aos tribunais e na gestão de casos. Procedeu-se à tradução, retroversão e adaptação linguística do instrumento e à acreditação de profissionais como seus utilizadores. Foram estabelecidos os dados normativos para Portugal e perfis de risco que permitem diferenciar os jovens em função da fase processual, medida aplicada, antecedentes criminais, tipo de crime e diversas variáveis relativas ao seu contexto sociocultural.
RESUMO: Um dos grandes desafios dos serviços de águas é como garantir o financiamento necessário para executar os avultados investimentos em novas infraestruturas e na reabilitação e renovação das infraestruturas existentes. As crescentes restrições de alguns governos à realização de investimento público e as dificuldades na mobilização de investimento privado são razões supervenientes para entender porque é dada cada vez maior atenção à questão do financiamento de infraestruturas e porque é importante assegurar a produtividade e a longevidade das infraestruturas existentes. O presente artigo analisa o contributo das entidades financiadoras na sustentabilidade infraestrutural e propõe uma metodologia a incorporar nos instrumentos de financiamento que incentiva as entidades gestoras dos serviços de águas (EG) a adotarem boas práticas de Gestão Patrimonial de Infraestruturas (GPI). Essa metodologia assenta numa matriz de indicadores que foi designada por Scorecard de Sustentabilidade Infraestrutural (SSI). A aplicação do SSI em projetos de infraestruturas tem como duplo objetivo contribuir para que as EG beneficiárias dos financiamentos maximizem o valor do ciclo de vida das infraestruturas, através de decisões de investimento bem informadas, de boas práticas de renovação e de integração dos processos de planeamento, e dotar os financiadores de informação continuada sobre o desempenho das infraestruturas que financiam, contribuindo assim para um quadro global de sustentabilidade infraestrutural.
