l presente trabajo se sitúa en el ámbito de la antropología europea analizando el refugio desde una perspectiva de género. Partiendo de la relación histórica entre la antropología y los Refugee Studies (Estudios de Refugiados), este artículo examina el «refugio» y las políticas de asilo de la Unión Europea desde una perspectiva de género. En este contexto, los Estudios de Refugiados han visto un importante aumento e interés en los análisis de género y feministas sobre la configuración del refugio. Sin embargo, los estudios centrados en las políticas de asilo europeas desde una perspectiva antropológica de género son escasos. En este sentido, el objetivo principal de este trabajo es analizar etnográficamente desde una perspectiva de género estas políticas. Fruto de una investigación cuya metodología ha seguido una aproximación etnográfica en el colectivo ciudadano Red Solidaria de Acogida en Madrid, se presentan algunos resultados en el ámbito de las políticas de asilo europeas, en concreto en el análisis del Reglamento de Dublín desde una perspectiva de género.
Este artículo analiza el papel del nexo Humanitarismo-Desarrollo (NHD) en el ámbito de la gestión de la movilidad de las personas en búsqueda de protección en Europa. Para ello partiremos de un análisis histórico de la configuración del nexo migración-desarrollo y su paso al NHD en el marco de las políticas migratorias y de asilo europeas. A continuación, partimos del caso de Ucrania para analizar cómo opera el humanitarismo como una primera etapa del NHD en el ámbito del refugio en Europa y en España en el ámbito de la acogida de la población ucraniana desplazada tras la invasión rusa en febrero de 2022. Esto nos permite comprender las lógicas políticas, simbólicas y culturales que orientan la construcción humanitaria de la gestión del refugio.
El objetivo del artículo es analizar los espacios de acogida y hospitalidad a personas solicitantes de asilo y refugiadas en España desde una perspectiva antropológica feminista y de género. En el asilo orbitan categorías complejas que forman parte importante del léxico de la ayuda humanitaria, con particular énfasis en el ámbito del refugio. Entre estas, asumen especial relevancia las categorías de acogida y hospitalidad. Si bien es cierto que son cada vez más las investigaciones en los estudios de refugiados con una perspectiva feminista y de género, en el debate sobre acogida y hospitalidad resultan (a nivel nacional e internacional) todavía escasos. Partiendo del trabajo etnográfico del caso de estudio realizado en la ciudad de Madrid durante los años 2014-2019, se presentan los resultados del análisis etnográfico de los distintos espacios de acogida y cómo estos están moldeados por el sistema patriarcal en el mantenimiento de las desigualdades entre hombres y mujeres.
