Introdução: A gestação, apesar de ser um processo fisiológico na saúde da mulher, é uma etapa complexa que exige atenção diferenciada na assistência à saúde. Outrossim, existem algumas condições que provocam danos durante essa fase, como a placenta prévia. Objetivo: Este estudo tem como escopo evidenciar o processo de enfermagem frente à assistência à gestante com tal diagnóstico. Metodologia: A pesquisa tem caráter qualitativo, teórico com subsídio na bibliografia científica, envolvendo a compreensão holística e integral da paciente para a implementação de estratégia para o processo de enfermagem. A partir do estudo das teorias e da fisiopatologia e impactos clínicos, empregou-se as taxonomias do NANDA-I para traçar os diagnósticos de enfermagens mais condizentes. Resultados: Foram identificados 15 diagnósticos que contemplaram os dez domínios encontrados no NANDA. Considerações Finais: Os dados eleitos e o confronto com a literatura enfatizam a relevância positiva na prescrição de diagnósticos de enfermagem na escolha dos cuidados prestados e as teorias subsidiam a assistência materno-fetal.
O objetivo deste trabalho é desenvolver um protocolo de revisão de escopo para mapear e identificar as tecnologias cuidativos-educacionais utilizadas na Atenção Básica de Saúde (APS) na assistência à saúde da mulher. Trata-se da construção de um protocolo, registrado no Open Science Framework guiada pelas recomendações do JBI Institute Reviewer’s Manual, orientada pelo Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR). Realizou-se uma busca inicial nas bases de dados de descritores nacional (DeCS) e internacional (MeSH), bem como nas bases MEDLINE/PubMed (via National Library of Medicine), Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) e literatura cinzenta. Para a seleção e avaliação inicial dos estudos será utilizado o software Rayyan para gerenciamento da coleta e seleção de estudos será realizada por dois revisores de forma independente e um revisor para resolver possíveis divergências. Os resultados serão apresentados em fluxograma, destacando o processo de busca e inclusão/exclusão das publicações seguidos da elaboração de quadros e figuras ilustrativas com os achados advindos da revisão e o relatório final da revisão nortear-se-á pelo PRISMA-ScR.
<p>O Câncer de Colo Uterino é nocivo à saúde da mulher, sendo o quarto câncer mais comum nessa população. Esse tipo de câncer, ocasionado pelo Papilomavírus Humano, é altamente contagioso. A transmissão pode ocorrer numa única exposição por contato direto com a mucosa infectada ou através da pele. O vírus pode estar presente no corpo por anos, sem manifestar a sintomatologia. Como prevenção, menciona-se a imunização. Adolescentes tem se tornado sexualmente ativos de forma prematura, o que influencia na prevalência do Papilomavírus nesse segmento social. Em 2013, o Ministério da Saúde implementou a vacina contra o Papilomavírus no calendário vacinal de adolescentes. Este trabalho objetiva conhecer essa cobertura vacinal no município de Cajazeiras, estado da Paraíba, nordeste do Brasil. Trata-se de um estudo ecológico, exploratório, com dados secundários. Os dados sobre a cobertura vacinal do público feminino em Cajazeiras nos anos de 2014, 2015 e 2017 foram encontrados no Sistema de Informações do Programa Nacional de Imunizações. Em 2014, a primeira dose da vacina foi disponibilizada com 1.377 meninas vacinadas. Na segunda dose, o número diminui com 904 meninas vacinadas. Em 2015, o quantitativo decresceu: 868 receberam a primeira dose e 517 receberam a segunda dose. Em 2017, apenas 317 meninas foram vacinadas.</p><p><strong></strong><strong>Palavras chave</strong>: Infecções por Papillomavirus, neoplasias do colo do útero, vacina quadrivalente recombinante contra HPV, saúde do adolescente.</p>
