Objective: to analyze whether permanent health education constitutes a strategy for qualifying the work process of community health workers. Methodology: this study consists of an integrative literature review. Twelve articles were selected for analysis. Results: it was found that the existence of spaces for permanent education is essential to qualify the practice of Community Health Workers as these are considered powerful devices to generate changes in the work process because they are configured as a space for problematizing and building new ways of caring. Conclusion: the adoption of permanent health education with Community Health Workers is essential for the adoption of collaborative, reflective and critical work, enabling better quality health care for the population.
Resumo Introdução: A educação permanente em saúde favorece os processos de trabalho na medida que possibilita trocas de saberes e experiências entre os integrantes da equipe. No entanto, sua adoção não acontece sem tensionamentos nos serviços. Objetivos: Analisar como os espaços de Educação Permanente Saúde estão sendo construídos nas unidades de saúde da família; conhecer os espaços de trocas de saberes e experiências entre Agentes Comunitários de Saúde e demais integrantes das equipes. Metodologia: trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva de abordagem qualitativa. O cenário será composto por duas unidades de saúde da família da Área Programática 3.1 do município do Rio de Janeiro e contará com a participação da totalidade dos agentes comunitários de saúde das respectivas unidades. Os dados serão coletados através de entrevista semiestruturada e grupo focal. O projeto foi encaminhado ao Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa do Hospital Universitário Antônio Pedro, da Universidade Federal Fluminense, tendo sido aprovado, nº 10003619.2.0000.5243. A análise dos dados será apoiada nos princípios da Política Nacional de Educação Permanente. Resultados Esperados: como perspectiva, este estudo pretende potencializar e qualificar o processo de trabalho dos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde.
Introdução: Trata-se de estudo sobre a dificuldade enfrentada nas unidades de atenção primária de implementar a educação permanente como processo político-pedagógico para qualificação do cuidado. As atividades de Educação Permanente devem ser utilizadas como ferramenta para aproximar a prática profissional e a realidade de cada população. Trazemos como objetivos identificar na literatura, de que forma a educação permanente vem sendo incorporada no cotidiano das unidades de atenção primária; e fomentar as discussões a cerca da importância da educação permanente para qualificação do cuidado prestado pela Atenção Primária. Método: Procedeu-se a Revisão Integrativa da literatura, de acordo com a estratégia PICO (participantes, intervenção, contexto, resultados), cuja coleta dos dados foi realizada em junho de 2019, nas bases de dados Literatura Latino Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Web of science, SciVerse Scopus, PUBMED e Bases de Dados em Enfermagem (BDENF). Resultados: A partir dos 12 artigos selecionados para análise no estudo, foi possível definir três temáticas relevantes para discussão: “A Educação Permanente no cotidiano da atenção primária”, “A Educação Permanente e a qualificação do cuidado na Atenção Primária” e “Os nós conceituais para implementação da EPS”. Conclusão: O tema educação permanente em saúde, vendo sendo cada vez mais reconhecido como ferramenta fundamental para condução, reorganização e qualificação dos processos de trabalho na atenção primária. No entanto, um viés que podemos citar é a falta de clareza e entendimento quanto aos conceitos que envolvem a EPS e o quanto isso impacta na efetivação da EPS enquanto política de saúde.
