С использованием полиэлектролитов впервые разработаны экологически безопасные технологии получе-ния пленочных элементов из гексаферритов литьем водных шликеров взамен существующих технологиче-ских процессов с применением связок на органических растворителях. Использование в качестве связующих веществ полиэлектролитов позволило на 20−30% снизить энергоемкость сушки на операции литья пленки. DOI: 10.21883/JTF.2017.06.44526.2074 Введение В области создания перспективных невзаимных СВЧ-ферритовых приборов с ростом рабочей частоты возни-кают конструктивные и технологические трудности, что предопределяет поиск новых ферритовых материалов. Характерный для сегодняшней электроники путь инте-грации определяет потребность в материалах, которые могут быть использованы при создании микрополоско-вых СВЧ-ферритовых приборов миллиметрового диа-пазона с существенно меньшими размерами магнитной системы или вообще без таковой [1,2]. Такими мате-риалами являются поликристаллические гексагональные ферриты в виде пластин или пленок.Пленочная технология, предусматривающая литье тонких пленок из шликера, получила широкое приме-нение в производстве тонких магнитов из гексафер-ритов [1], используемых в качестве подложек СВЧ-устройств. Известно, что по сравнению с методом прес-сования в магнитном поле пленочная технология дает возможность получать магниты толщиной менее 0.5 mm с достаточно высокой плотностью и однородностью структуры [2,5]. Большим преимуществом пленочных магнитов является также высокая прочность на из-гиб, которая достигается за счет приложения высокого давления в процессе прокатки. Однако известные тех-нологии [6] предусматривают использование шликеров на основе органических растворителей (спирт, толуол, трихлорэтилен), что повышает пожароопасность и эко-логическую опасность производства пленок. Поэтому весьма актуальны исследования по изучению возможно-сти пленочных магнитов с использованием шликеров на водной основе. Результаты исследованийВ настоящей работе изготавливались шликеры на вод-ной основе путем перемешивания порошка гексаферрита с водой и связующими веществами в аттриторе. В состав шликера вводили вещества различного функционального назначения: пленкообразователь (связующее), пластифи-катор и поверхностно-активное вещество. В качестве связующего использовались высокомолекулярные поли-электролиты, позволяющие снизить влажность суспен-зий ниже 30 wt.% и обеспечить высокую скорость вы-сыхания отлитой пленки (полиакриловая кислота, поли-этиленимин). В качестве пластификатора использовали триэтаноламин и глицерин. Использование этих связок позволяет повысить производительность помольного, сушильного и литьевого оборудований в 2−3 раза по сравнению с использованием связки на основе поливи-нилового спирта, когда влажность суспензий не может быть снижена даже до 40 wt.%.Схема литья пленки из шликера на литьевой ма-шине "Кармадон" показана на рис. 1. The work contains a description of the transition between colour and music characteristics, the rationale for choosing and the description of a recurrent neural network. The choices of the neural network implementation technology as well as the results of the experiment are described.
