<p>El problema de la desnutrición infantil en Tucumán adquirió una repercusión inusitada en los inicios del siglo XXI. Fueron numerosos los casos que tomaron trascendencia periodística nacional e internacional. Pudo observarse en aquella oportunidad que el problema de la desnutrición infantil, lejos de ser solucionado, adquiría, en los albores del siglo XXI, magnitudes increíbles para Argentina en general y para Tucumán en particular. Sin embargo, más allá de lo “novedoso” del problema y la “sorpresa” por su magnitud, muchas características elementales del problema se ignoraban. En esta propuesta pretendemos aproximarnos al complejo mundo de la desnutrición infantil en la provincia de Tucumán durante los primeros años del siglo XXI, detectando las principales manifestaciones que adquiría el problema, tanto en sus tendencias temporales como en sus expresiones espaciales. Se busca también, a través de estudios de caso, examinar el contexto y las respuestas de la población afectada para resolver el problema junto a la incidencia de las políticas sociales y sanitarias en esta materia. </p>
La verdad, la luz y la presencia no se dicen en femenino, salvo cuando esa presencia es lo suficientemente insustancial y descorporizada como lo es la figura de la Virgen María: figuración potente de disciplina y control del cuerpo de las mujeres. A pesar del discurso normalizador y la fuerza en la imposición de un deber ser de las mujeres, la figura de la Virgen pareciera no ser más que eso: luz, resplandor y adorno. Así ha sido abordada, en su aspecto más espectral, por diversas intervenciones artísticas contemporáneas en América Latina. En este artículo me concentraré, principalmente, en las performances del peruano Giuseppe Campuzano, de la artista visual mexicana Rocío Boliver y de la fotógrafa chilena Zaida González.
ResumenEl artículo muestra cómo la relación entre educación y democracia es clave para comprender, en perspectiva histórica, la presencia de la mujer en la esfera de lo político. Con la instauración del derecho a la educación para las mujeres chilenas a partir de 1915, se sientan las bases para la construcción de un nuevo espacioen-común y para la redefinición de la igualdad: No hay diferencias, ni exclusiones, mujeres y hombres son iguales en el espacio de la escuela; sin embargo, las mujeres seguirán siendo excluidas en el ámbito de lo político.

AbstractThis article shows how the relation between education and democracy is remarkable, in order to understand, in a historical perspective, the presence of woman in politics. With the establishment of the right to education for Chilean women from 1915, bases for making of a new niche in common, and for a redefinition of equality are set: There are no differences, nor exclusions, both men and women are equal at the school´s niche; however, women will follow being excluded in the field of politics.

A introdução do direito à educação para as mulheres no Chile a partir de 1915 prepara o terreno para construir um novo espaço em comum e redefinir a igualdade: não há diferenças nem exclusões.
