O empreendedor é a pessoa capaz induzir uma nova concepção ou invenção em uma inovação de sucesso. O empreendedorismo 4.0 é o agente capaz de criar pontes e de gerar conexões, reunindo e somando recursos produtivos, tecnológicos e esforços físicos. O objetivo deste artigo é realizar uma discussão sobre o tema do empreendedorismo 4.0, buscando contribuir na construção teórica, sobre empreendedorismo suportado por inovação e recursos de tecnologia da informação e comunicação (TIC). Ao analisar a literatura percebeu-se a ausência de trabalhos que falassem mais sobre o empreendedor da Era 4.0. O estudo utilizou a metodologia de pesquisa exploratória de cunho bibliográfico, baseando-se em referências já publicadas de 2000 a 2019. Os empreendedores 4.0 ao adotarem as TICs e interpretarem seus resultados são capazes de criar vantagens competitivas principalmente para as PMEs, impulsionando-as a competirem em mercados maiores e fomentando o desenvolvimento econômico.
RESUMOEsta pesquisa teve o objetivo de geral de verificar, por meio do montante financeiro registrado de 2000 a 2012 dos índices do Produto Interno Bruto (PIB) a possível correlação deste com o número o (in) fluxo de Fusões e Aquisições (F&A) de empresas internacionais por empresas brasileiras. Como forma de contribuição acerca do tema de internacionalização das empresas brasileiras, foi realizada uma pesquisa quantitativa, por meio de dados secundários do Produto Interno Bruto (PIB) e o total de fusões e aquisições internacionais por empresas brasileiras entre os anos de 2000 e 2012 perfazendo 13 observações. Para embasar a presente pesquisa, foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica sobre internacionalização das empresas, tanto no seu enfoque econômico quanto em uma abordagem mais teórica. Como resultados da pesquisa pode-se identificar a correlação entre o PIB e as F&A, afirmando que fatores econômicos e financeiros são tão relevantes neste processo, quanto politicas estruturais, educacionais e tecnológicas.Palavras chaves: Macroeconomia. ABSTRACTThis research had the general objective of verifying, through the financial amount recorded from 2000 to 2012 the index of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) the possible correlation of this with the number merger and acquisition flow (M & A) business international by Brazilian companies. As a contribution on the subject of internationalization of Brazilian companies, a quantitative survey was conducted through secondary data of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and total mergers and acquisitions by Brazilian companies between the years 2000 and 2012 totaling 13 observations. To support this research, a literature review on internationalization of enterprises was carried out, both in its economic approach and in a more theoretical approach. The research results can identify the correlation between GDP and M & A, stating that economic and financial factors are as relevant in this process, as structural policies, education and technology.
