Resumo: Esse estudo partiu da premissa de que inúmeros estudos apontam o aleitamento materno como uma estratégia natural que cria vínculo e afeto, confere proteção e nutrição para a criança, além de contribuir para redução da morbimortalidade infantil e para um desenvolvimento saudável, sendo fundamental para o recém-nascido prematuro. O objetivo foi de compreender a importância dos cuidados de enfermagem no incentivo ao aleitamento materno de recém-nascidos prematuros. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, por meio de artigos científicos indexados na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde e no PubMed, bem como a literatura acerca da temática. Os resultados indicam que há consenso na literatura de que o leite materno é o alimento ideal para o recém-nascido prematuro. Portanto, são necessárias ações estratégicas em atenção à saúde para estimular a mãe a manter a lactação e a amamentação exclusiva do prematuro, sendo os cuidados de enfermagem fundamentais nesse contexto.
Resumo: O nascimento prematuro traz, além das morbidades e risco de morte, prejuízos que vão além da saúde física, sendo um dos maiores desafios para a Saúde Pública atual. Por isso, o monitoramento do crescimento de recém-nascidos prematuros, é tão importante, pois permite uma intervenção multiprofissional quando um déficit de crescimento é identificado. O objetivo foi o de identificar quais as principais condutas de enfermagem no acompanhamento desses bebes. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, sobre o tema através de artigos científicos disponíveis na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde e PubMed. Identificou-se que, apesar de toda a evolução dos últimos anos em saúde e medicina, ainda é difícil vencer o retardo de crescimento extrauterino em neonatos, em especial os de muito baixo peso, sendo fundamental que a equipe de enfermagem faça o monitoramento do desenvolvimento e crescimento dessas crianças, além de ter uma preocupação especial com os cuidados nutricionais dessa população.
A bronquiolite é a primeira causa de hospitalização entre crianças menores de um ano e um dos tratamentos mais recentes tem sido o uso de solução salina hipertônica (HS) a 3% para inalação, o qual tem sido proposto no intuito de reduzir o tempo de internação hospitalar, bem como a maioria dos eventos adversos leves relatados. Há pesquisadores que defendem que ela permite reduzir o edema das vias aéreas, diminuir o entupimento da mucosa e melhorar a eliminação do muco. No entanto, análises de estudos mais recentes lançam dúvidas sobre a verdadeira eficácia desse tratamento para lactentes internados e sobre sua capacidade de reduzir o tempo de internação hospitalar. Assim a escolha do tema se justifica devido a tal discussão. O objetivo do estudo foi de investigar na literatura recente se há, de fato, algum benefício na inalação hipertônica no tratamento da bronquiolite em lactentes. Essa pesquisa foi desenvolvida por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica em artigos científicos, o que permitiu concluir que apesar de alguns resultados positivos, as evidências atuais não suportam o uso de inalação HS em lactentes com bronquiolite aguda como uma terapia eficaz.
Objetivo: analisar produções científicas e verificar suas contribuições com abordagem temática sobre os profissionais enfermeiros atuantes em auditoria no âmbito do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa a partir das bases de dados da Scielo, CAPES e LILACS. Foram utilizadas pesquisas publicadas no Brasil e em Língua Portuguesa. Resultados: foram encontrados 15 estudos, mas selecionados apenas três que relatavam as atividades de enfermeiros(as) atuantes na auditoria do SUS. Conclusão: as produções relacionadas à atuação de enfermeiros(as) na auditoria do âmbito do SUS, são escassas. Dessa maneira, entende-se que a verificação de produções como algo necessário para que se mensure o quanto uma temática é abordada no meio teórico científico, demonstrando a necessidade da elaboração de mais pesquisas que ajudem os pesquisadores e profissionais da área da saúde a compreender melhor o papel e o significado prático de enfermeiros e enfermeiras na auditoria do SUS.
