Sayur dan buah merupakan sumber zat gizi mikro yang diperlukan untuk proses metabolisme tubuh. Di dalam sayuran dan buahan hijau mengandung antioksidan, vitamin C, dan vitamin A yang akan mencegah terjadinya gizi lebih pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Sayur dan buah merupakan makanan yang rendah kalori dan kaya akan serat yang menghambat terjadinya penimbunan lemak pada tubuh yang menyebabkan gizi lebih. Tujuan menganalisis hubungan konsumsi sayur dan buah dengan kejadian gizi lebih pada siswa kelas IV dan V di SD Teknologi Kota Pekanbaru. Metode: Rancangan penelitian kuantitatif bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Waktu penelitian tanggal 16 Juni – 15 Juli 2021 di SD Teknologi Kota Pekanbaru. Sampel penelitian 100 siswa. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel Total Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan timbangan, microtoice dan formulir FFQ. Analisis data mengunakan analisis univariat dan brivariat dengan uji Chi-Square. Hasil analisis univariat diproses bahwa kejadian tidak gizi lebih pada kategori gizi lebih sebanyak 21%, konsumsi sayur pada anak pada kategori kurang sebanyak 52%, konsumsi buah pada anak pada kategori kurang sebanyak 51%. Berdasarkan uji chi-squre diperoleh ada hubungan antara konsumsi sayur dengan kejadian gizi lebih diperoleh p=0,000 (p<0,05), konsumsi buah dengan kejadian gizi lebih p =0,000 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan dari peneliti ini terdapat hubungan signifikan antara konsumsi sayur dan buah dengan kejadian gizi lebih pada siswa kelas IV dan V di SD Teknologi. Saran untuk  dapat memberikan penyuluhan tentang standar porsi sayur dan buah agar masalah gizi lebih dapat teratasi dengan menggunakan leaflet standar porsi sayur dan buah bagi anak usia 9-11 tahun.  Kata Kunci    : Konsumsi Sayur, Buah, Gizi Lebih, Siswa Kelas IV dan V.
