Permasalahan yang terdapat pada penelitian ini adalah buku/sumber belajar yang disediakan kementrian sampai sekarang belum memadai disekolah, siswa kurang mandiri dan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, guru dianggap satu-satunya sumber dalam proses belajar mengajar, pemilihan media pembelajaran yang kurang sesuai menyebabkan siswa cepat bosan dan tidak mendengarkan guru, siswa belum dihadapkan pada situasi yang lebih nyata dalam proses belajar mengajar dan belum tersedianya modul pada mata pelajaran dasar- dasar kelistrikan di SMK N 1 Painan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu: 1) Mengembangkan modul pembelajaran Sistem Komputer untuk siswa kelas X Teknik Komputer Jaringan di SMKN 1 Painan, 2) Menghasilkan modul berbasis konstruktivisme untuk mata pelajaran Sistem Komputer yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Modul pembelajaran Sistem Komputer berhasil dikembangkan melalui model pengembangan ADDIE, 2) Modul pembelajaran berbasis konstruktivisme yang dihasilkan sudah efektif diterapkan pada siswa kelas X di SMKN 1 Painan.
The high unemployment rate is certainly different from the goal of SMK, which should be a ready-to-work workforce. It is influenced by the lack of employment opportunities and the weak competence of graduates in the field of expertise. In addition, qualified educators are needed so that they can improve students' competencies and skills. This study aims to analyze the competency needs of vocational students for the world of work. This alternative can be seen from the curriculum used by Vocational High Schools and the competencies produced by the needs of the world of work oriented to the standards of the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework. This type of research is qualitative. The method used in this research is the Mixed Method, by combining quantitative research and qualitative research. The instrument used in collecting data is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the respondent achievement level (TPR) with the Milles and Huberman model. The results of this study indicate a weakness in the competence of SMK graduates to the competence needs of the world of work, with a percentage gain of 45.61%. These weaknesses appear in the skills possessed by students to the needs of the world of work. It means that there is a need for improved analysis to be in the good and excellent categories in the future. The competence of SMK graduates can refer to the competency needs that exist in the world of work and reduce unemployment at the SMK level.
The purposes of this study to develop an effective web-based learning media. Methodology of this research is a Research and Develompment (R & D). Development model used is Instructional Development Institute (IDI). The principle approach applied IDI system consists of determination, development, and evaluation. Research design used is descriptive quantitative. The instruments used is a questionnaire to measure validity, practicalities and posttest to measure effectiveness. Then data was analyzed using statistical methods for descriptive analysis, which describe validity, practicality and effectiveness of web-based learning media. The results showed that web-based learning media declared valid and practice for use by teachers and learners. The results obtained that average value of experimental group was higher than control group. It means that web-based learning media “effective” to use. As expected, web-based learning media effectively to improve student learning outcomes. The analysis showed a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who are taught by media web-based learning with student learning outcomes without use of web-based learning media.
This reseacrch conducted : (1) to know if there is effect of pedagogic and professional competence teacher’s to teacher’s performance in learning process; and (2) to know how much effects of pedagogic and professional competence teacher’s to teacher’s performance. This research is using quantitative descriptive method. Data was collected using questionairre and analyzed using multiple regression technique. The results showed that; (1) pedagogic and professional competence teacher’s have significant effect to teacher’s performance in learning process; (2) more than 50% teachers have high performance, pedagogic competence and proffesional competence.
The wind speed characteristic in Indonesia requires a low-speed generator for a wind turbine generator system. One type of generator suitable for a low-speed wind turbine is the Axial Flux Disc Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (AFDPMSG). This type of generator uses permanent magnets to produce axial flux in the rotor disk, making it easier to implement for wind power generation. This paper discusses the design of three-phase AFDPMSG compatible with low-speed Horizontal Axis Wind Turbine (HAWT) in the single coreless stator and single rotor configuration. The AFDPMSG stator is designed using 15 coils coated with fiberglass, while the rotor is designed using 18 poles of Neodymium N52 type permanent magnet. To drive low-speed AFDPMSG with large mechanical torque, the HAWT is designed using six blades made of fiberglass with NACA6412 type airfoils. The magnetic characteristics of AFDPMSG were analyzed using SolidWorks software based on the finite element method. Then the electrical characteristics were verified through simulations using Matlab software and experiments using horizontal axis wind turbines. Both simulation and experimental results show that AFDPMSG has produced voltage and power for a low-speed wind turbine as expected. HAWT has been able to drive the AFDPMSG with a speed of 263 rpm at a wind speed 9 m/sec so that the AFDPMSG can produce the output voltage 14 volts with the output power of 580 Watts. These results are close to the AFDPMSG rating design.
