Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya belajar, minat belajar, kebiasaan belajar dan lingkungan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di era new normal. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif yang berjenis korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa MI se-kecamatan Bandung Tulungagung dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 94 siswa. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi berupa nilai legger siswa sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi berganda dan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian: 1) Gaya belajar memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di era new normal. 2) Minat belajar memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di era new normal. 3) Kebiasaan belajar memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di era new normal. 4) Lingkungan belajar memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di era new normal. 5) Gaya belajar, minat belajar, kebiasaan belajar dan lingkungan belajar secara simultan memberi pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di era new normal
School success is determined by not only teachers and principals but also greatly influenced by the principal through managerial capability in creating high teacher morale. High teacher morale is certainly intended to support the realization of organizational goals of the school. The purpose of this study was to describe direct correlation between the effectiveness of school quality planning and capacity of organizing personnel and teachers' work motivation. To achieve the given objective, a quantitative approach was used. In the perspective of the data analysis, this study belonged to a correlational research. The research was conducted in Islamic school in Blitar regency, East Java, Indonesia. The sample of the study was 100 teachers, taken from 224 teachers as the population. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires that had fulfilled the requirement of having high levels of validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing was done by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Meanwhile, descriptive analysis was done by using a computer program Amos 04. The results of descriptive analysis revealed that: (1) The average level of the effectiveness of school quality planning, capacity of organizing personnel, and work motivation was categorized as high, (2) Comprehensively, the conceptual model of the correlation of the developed variable was fit (good) and it fulfilled the standard requirement of goodness-of-fit, so that it could be used to test hypothesis.
Pandemi covid 19 memberikan pengaruh yang besar dalam dunia pendidikan terutama lingkup SD/MI. Pembelajaran diharuskan dilaksanakan secara daring. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan analisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring motivasi belajar dan lingkungan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana prestasi belajar siswa di Era Covid 19 jika ditinjau dari pembelajaran daring, motivasi belajar dan lingkungan belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis survai. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa MI Se-Kecamatan Sumbergempol Tulungagung yang berjumlah 1963 siswa. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik cluster sampling berjumlah 294 siswa. Perolehan data dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada responden dan data nilai rapot. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pembelajaran daring, motivasi belajar, dan lingkungan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Temuan ini mengungkapkan bahwa prestasi belajar akan meningkat apabila pembelajaran daring yang dilaksanakan oleh guru diterima siswa dan mampu memberikan layanan pembelajaran yang menjangkau siswa dimanapun dan kapanpun serta didukung oleh motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik maupun keadaan lingkungan sekitar siswa yang kondusif.
This research is motivated by the theory of transformational leadership in the style of the Prophet Muhammad, which is commonly referred to as prophetic transformational leadership. As it is known that the phenomenon of kiai leadership in the eyes of the people is unique. The existence of a kiai figure as a leader is not just a figure who has a position as a leader in an organization as leaders in general. More than that, kiai is the image of a figure who has an image that is identical to the image of prophethood (al ulama warasatul anbiya). The existence of kiai leadership is also perceived by his followers as an image of leadership that is identical to the leadership style of the prophets. A person's success in becoming a leader is determined by the quality of certain traits or characters that exist in the leader. These characters are related to physical, mental, psychological, personality, and intellectual. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach with the type of research being a multi-site study. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed repeatedly through single data analysis and cross-site analysis. The findings of this study are a) a charismatic and revolutionary leadership model approach; b) policies based on the mandate of the institution's vision, mission, and goals, as well as mandates c) high commitment to the quality of Islamic boarding school values taught by muassis with policies on recruitment of educators and alumni-based education; d) policy making is more based on the basis by always avoiding personal policy making.
Academic culture is a norm of thought, attitude, and behavior that becomes a reference for all university academics. Islamic Religious Colleges through Ma'had al-Jami'ah serve as gatekeepers of tafaquh fi al-din in the smiling Islam. It maintains the pillars of character building, moderation, tolerance, local wisdom, anti-violence, and commitment to the nation. It is not the exclusivism of Islam, even the extremist. Building an academic-religious culture based on religious moderation is essential to prevent extremism by strengthening religious practices based on the essence of religious teachings. Through this qualitative method, this paper explores data related to the pattern of religious-academic development based on religious moderation, forms of supporting activities for academic-religious culture, and the contribution of Ma'had al-Jami'ah in building an academic-religious culture based on religious moderation. This paper contributes to an academic-religious development model based on religious moderation in higher education. Budaya akademik merupakan norma pemikiran, sikap, dan perilaku yang menjadi acuan bagi seluruh sivitas akademika perguruan tinggi. Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam melalui Ma'had al-Jami'ah berfungsi sebagai penjaga gerbang tafaquh fi al-din dalam konteks Islam yang ramah (the smilling Islam), mempertahankan pilar pembentukan karakter, moderat, menekankan aspek toleransi, kearifan lokal, anti-kekerasan, dan komitmen terhadap bangsa, bukan sebaliknya, Islam yang eksklusif bahkan cenderung ekstrim. Tulisan ini menggali data terkait pola pengembangan akademik keagamaan berbasis moderasi keagamaan, bentuk-bentuk kegiatan pendukung budaya akademik keagamaan, dan kontribusi Ma'had al-Jami'ah dalam membangun budaya akademik keagamaanberdasarkan moderasi agama. Tulisan ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Tulisan ini berkontribusi pada model pengembangan akademik-keagamaan berbasis moderasi beragama di perguruan tinggi. Hal Membangun budaya akademik-keagamaan berbasis moderasi beragama penting untuk mencegah ekstremisme dengan memperkuat praktik keagamaan berdasarkan esensi ajaran agama.
