This paper discusses akhlak concept and it`s conceptualization of Islamic primary school. In Islam akhlak occupy a very vital position because it involves horizontal and vertical relations. Likewise in Islamic primary school akhlak becomes a pillar on other pillars. Akhlak determination is very important in setting educational goals, teaching practices, methods, infrastructure, values that are instilled and all implementation. When akhlak and values of Islam are not contained in education, it is certain that the pillars of education are impossible to realize properly. The akhlak contribution in the conceptualization of Islamic primary school; first, help formulate educational goals. Second, help in formulating the characteristics and content of the curriculum. Third, help formulate the characteristics of professional teachers. Fourth, help formulate a code of ethics and school discipline. Fifth, make teaching and learning activities that produce students have noble character. Sixth, creating a clean, orderly, safe, peaceful, comfortable, and conducive learning environment. Realization of the concept can be started with further teaching followed by habituation education, exemplary, practice, coupled with examples, as well as explanations, coaching to finally become characters
Tulisan ini membahas tentang Multiple Intelligences dalam pembelajaran PAI (al-Qur`an Hadits SD/MI). Inteligensi ialah kemampuan seseorang dalam memecahkan masalah secara mandiri, Produk kreatif yang bernmanfaat bagi budaya, lingkungan dan masyarakat yang mempunyai nilai kreatifitas. Melalui Multiple intelligences diakui bahwa setiap anak memliki kecerdasan dengan cara yang berbeda-beda. Kecerdasan itu sifatnya dinamis. Ada Sembilan kecerdasan yang di rumuskan oleh Howard Gardner dalam Multiple Intelligences, diantaranya adalah kecerdasan linguistik, kecerdasan logika-matematis, kecerdasan gerakan badan, kecerdasan ruang visual, kecerdasan interpersonal, kecerdasan intrapersonal, kecerdasan naturalis, dan kecerdasan eksistensial. Dari kesembilan teori ini dapat dikembangkan dan diterapkan pada sembilan pertemuan dalam program pembelajaran PAI (al-Qur`an Hadits) yang berorientasi pada siswa bukan pada materi.
The government has launched an independent learning curriculum complete with its socialization strategy. However, many educational institutions still have difficulty implementing the independent learning curriculum policy. This research aims to analyze the direction of the independent learning curriculum policy for elementary schools. The research method that researchers used was library research. Data collection techniques used documentation methods. Data analysis techniques used content analysis techniques. The data obtained were then analyzed to be presented. This study's results indicate three directions of independent learning curriculum policies at the elementary school level: independent learning, independent innovation, independent self-learning and creative. Applying these three directions in each learning process can facilitate students to have an enjoyable learning experience.
Tulisan ini menyajikan tentang manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dasar. Adapun fungsi manajemen sarana prasarana pendidikan dasar meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, pendistribusian, pemeliharaan, penghapusan, dan pengawasan. Terdapat beberapa hal yang harus dipertimbangkan selama pelaksanaan manajemen sarana prasarana, seperti jumlah anak, kondisi sekolah, masukan dari wali murid, serta perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Dengan terlaksananya manajemen sarana prasarana pendidikan dasar yang maksimal, diharapkan kualitas pelayanan pendidikan dapat meningkat serta output yang dihasilkan juga dapat sesuai visi dan misi lembaga. Adapun jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Untuk metode yang digunakan ialah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data yang dikumpulkkan dianalisis lalu ditarik kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa pendidikan dasar Ar-Rafif Yogyakarta sudah menerapkan manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, pencatatan, pendistribusian, pemeliharaan, dan penghapusan. Pengelolaan sarana prasarana dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dengan pengawasan dari direktur sekolah. Selain pengadaan media pembelajaran yang sudah memadai, pendidikan dasar Ar Rafif Yogyakarta juga sudah memiliki ruang perpustakaan, sehingga dapat lebih mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran.
The role of the leader in an organization has a very important role. Leaders who have interpersonal intelligence have compassion, a sense of responsibility, cooperate, have a social spirit, can communicate and interact with others. A leader is a person who has unique abilities and advantages so that he can influence others to jointly carry out certain activities for the achievement of a goal. The ability of the principal to build relationships will lead to the development of quality education. This study aims to determine the actualization of the dimensions of social sensitivity, the actualization of the dimensions of social insight, and the actualization of social communication dimensions in developing the quality of education. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study indicates that: first, there is actualization or real manifestation of the dimensions of social sensitivity in the form of empathy, social sensitivity, and the ability to observe changes in school elements. Second, the actualization of the dimensions of social insight in the form of the ability to handle the problems at hand. Third, the social communication dimension's actualization in the form of the ability to establish communication with school members to achieve educational goals.
