Education is the key to increasing the quality of human resources. The rapid development of information technology has necessitated a shift in the educational paradigm. Based on the study of education policy, this study aims to determine how e-learning management can be used to achieve the effectiveness and acceleration of learning in today's 4.0 revolution era. This study uses a literature review as a method of data collection. Indonesia's e-learning policies are not clearly defined by law, according to the findings of an investigation.
Competition today among schools forces each school management to improve teacher performance by providing motivation, involving teachers in training, and providing compensation or bonuses to teachers who successfully carry out their duties properly. This research aims to know the effect of salary on teacher productivity and determine the effect of work motivation on teacher productivity. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The quantitative research method can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine specific populations or samples and collect data using research instruments. Data analysis is quantitative statistics to test established hypotheses. The research carried out by the authors in this study is by distributing questionnaires to teachers at SMA Della Strada North Jakarta. The results of this research show that salary and motivation have a positive and significant influence on teacher productivity.
Lecturers as university educators have been main player and determinant of successful educational effort. Their roles are getting challenged when their role and productivity are highlighted. They face challenges which come from three sources, e.g., university standards; (2) education measurement; (3) issue of balancing government standards with institutional plan. However, there is a gap that lecturer’s efforts are rarely observed especially in college and universities. The purpose of this study is to determine whether programs that have been run by college have achieved the expected goals. This type of research is field research to observe college preparation and evaluation to measure their lecturers role in teaching and classroom interaction. Our study found that M E and lecturers active role can impact on the teaching productivity. We also found that lecturers understanding about government policy can improve college ability to develop their institutional plan. The purpose of the writing is to describe the global capitalism against Islamic education. The findings fall into the discussion of factual and real education environmental research on market demand and industrial management (Islamic education contemporary issues). The techniques used in this research are qualitative research at which the data gained from the deep interview and observation. The techniques of data analyses were applied data reduction (data reduction), data description, discussion and drawing conclusion. The principle of capitalism that only seeks profit personal should not be practiced in the world of education. Rising demand of the education accesses will result in the high cost of education. Islamic education institution should not watch out for the jargon "poor people are forbidden". The findings of the research showed the output of Islamic education, hence the learning outcome of Islamic education (whatever the level), formal, and informal must meet the need to the life-long skill to human values of life. The real connection to the capitalism and Islamic education never be ended to such industrial management and high risk to capital and profit oriented rather than to create high standard religious values.
