Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kebugaran jasmani atlet petanque Kabupaten Pekalongan pada tahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deksriptif kuantitatif. Variabel penelitian ini adalah tingkat kebugaran jasmani. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet petanque kabupaten Pekalongan yang berjumlah 16 orang. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian dilakukan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa tes lari 2,4 km. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kebugaran jasmani atlet petanque Kabupaten Pekalongan berkategori sangat kurang sebanyak 6 orang (37.5%), berkategori kurang sebanyak 3 orang (18.75%). Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani atlet petanque Kabupaten Pekalongan berkategori sedang sebanyak 5 orang (31.25%), dan berkategori baik sebanyak 2 orang (12.5%). Disimpulkan bahwa lebih dari 56.25% atlet petanque Kabupaten Pekalongan memiliki tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang kurang baik, melihat hasil dari tes kondisi fisik tersebut tentunya VO2Max atlet petanque Kabupaten Pekalongan harus ditingkatkan untuk menunjang prestasi. Dalam hal ini kebugaran jasmani menjadi salah satu aspek yang penting untuk meningkatkan prestasi atlet.
This study aims to find out more about the perceptions of sports students in the application of the Massive Online Open Course (MOOCs) based on Open Learning in learning. This research method is a qualitative descriptive study. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the provisions that semester one and semester three students were registered as active students using the Open Learning platform at Universitas Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan and Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur with a total of 84 people. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire distributed online via Google Form. Furthermore, the data obtained will be analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis using percentage descriptive statistics. The results showed that students 'perceptions on the implementation aspects of teaching and learning were in the excellent category with a score of 308, the competence aspects of the lecturers were in the excellent class with a score of 317, and the infrastructure aspects were in the medium category with a score of 303. From these three aspects, it can be said that students' perceptions in application Open Learning are in the excellent category with a score of 309. In conclusion, the implementation of teaching and learning and the competence of lecturers in implementing Open Learning based on student perspectives runs well.
The flood disaster in Pekalongan City in February 2021 has lasted more than 1 week. Several refugee posts have been prepared to accommodate flood-affected communities. The flood that occurred in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic caused anxiety and concern, both adults and children felt the impact of the flood, as a result most of the residents forgot the PHBS (clean and healthy lifestyle) habits and did not comply with the 4M health protocol (wearing masks, washing clothes). hands, keeping a distance, and avoiding crowds) while at the evacuation post. This situation cannot be allowed to drag on, continuous anxiety and worry can lower a person's immune system so that they have the opportunity to contract the Covid-19 virus. The purpose of this service is to remind the community about the importance of maintaining PHBS (clean and healthy lifestyle) and complying with the 4M health protocol (wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds), and reducing public anxiety and concern. The method used in this service is public education related to PHBS and 4M as well as trauma healing by doing creative aerobics. The results of this service are increasing public awareness regarding the implementation of PHBS (clean and healthy lifestyle) and continuing to carry out 4M (wearing masks, washing hands, keeping distance, avoiding crowds) in the refugee environment and increasing physical fitness, and providing joy, so that these activities help reduce the anxiety, worry and fear experienced by flood-affected communities.Keyword: community education; evakuation; flood; trauma healing AbstrakBanjir di Kota Pekalongan pada bulan Februari 2021 sudah berlangsung lebih dari 1 pekan. Akibatnya sebagian besar warga melupakan kebiasaan PHBS (pola hidup bersih dan sehat) dan tidak mematuhi protokol kesehatan 4M (memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, dan menghindari kerumunan) ketika berada di pos pengungsian. Keadaan ini tidak bisa dibiarkan berlarut larut, kecemasan dan kehawatiran yang terus menurus dapat menurunkan imunitas tubuh seseorang sehingga berpeluang terjangkit virus Covid-19. Tujuan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk mengingatkan kembali kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya menjaga PHBS (pola hidup bersih dan sehat) dan mematuhi protokol kesehatan 4M (memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, menghindari kerumunan), dan mengurangi kecemasan serta kehawatiran masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini ialah pendidikan masyarakat terkait PHBS dan 4M serta trauma healing dengan melakukan senam aerobik kreasi. Adapun hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terkait penerapan PHBS (pola hidup bersih dan sehat) dan tetap melaksanakan 4M (memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, menghindari kerumunan) dilingkungan pengungsian dan meningkatnya kebugaran jasmani, dan memberikan kegembiraan, sehingga aktivitas tersebut membantu mengurangi rasa cemas, khawatir dan takut yang dialami oleh masyarakat yang terdampak banjir.Kata kunci: Banjir; pengungsian; pendidikan masyarakat; trauma healing
