The agriculture-focused tourisme, then called agro-tourism has been applied in some areas, but each region has different land character. Besur, one of the villages in Lamongan, has WBAE as one of the agrotourisme with its own specification, namely suitable for rice and the like. The WBAE grows very fast by the hard commitmens and spirit of the managers but they should do the total quality improvement to stand for its existence. The accompaniment is aimed to keep and make the continuous quality improvement then equl with the other agro-tourism. The approach used is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) it’s implemented by maximizing the assets owned by the village it passes three steps, such as deram, design, define and destiny. It’s applied by improving the quality of the WBAE assigmnet implementation team TPK in place management and enhanting the intrepreneurial quality of human resources. The programs have been applied including the tourism management training to improve the human resources of TPK WBAE, the setting of WBAE TPK jobs list and WBAE development design as well.
Violence and radicalism in the name of religion which leads to terrorism has emerged as a complicated issue in contemporary Indonesian Islam. The emergence and development of radicalism were actually caused by a lack of understanding of the Qur’an. The verse of the Qur’an has been interpreted textually and partially. This, by far, are happened in Paciran Lamongan in the recent years. Reconstruction of understanding verse of the Qur’an on vulnerable communities that is easily affected by movement of Islamic radicalism has been properly carried out, so that it can give a new atmosphere, and it can be the prevention to face the violence movement. Deradicalization of understanding to the Qur’an is a solution-based action to prevent violence and radicalism in the name of religion.
Everyone has the right to express opinions through various media, including social media. But some people use social media to express negative things, including hate. The appearance of hate speech acts can cause hatred and attack the honor of other individuals or groups. An in-depth assessment is needed regarding hate speech in the view of Islamic law and positive law. The problem studied by the author is how the views of Islamic law and positive law on hate speech acts are carried out on social media. The purpose of this paper is to find out hate speech through social media in the view of Islamic law and laws relating to information and electronic transactions in Indonesia.
Salafis have two typologies, namely groups that tend to think purely and groups that combine thought and action, this is where there needs to be an analysis because not all salafis are radical. In research using a case study approach, namely at Islamic boarding schools and Umar bin Khatab, the two huts do classify themselves as salafi schools, but in their development the two salafi cottages have different tendencies. The results of this study are that Islamic boarding schools including Islamic boarding schools that carry Jihadi are included in the second typology of thought and action, while Umar bin Khatab Islamic Boarding Schools are more included in the first Salafi typology, namely purifying teachings and returning to their khitah. So from that it was concluded that the Islamic boarding school had seeds and seeds against radicalism, while the Umar bin Khatab Islamic boarding school tried to practice Islam as practiced by the Prophet and the early generations and the Salaf as-shalih. Even so, the two huts in their development tried to survive and were resistant to radicalism, as exemplified by Ali Imron, one of the convicts who had repented, tried to invite the people to return to proper Islamic teachings without becoming a group that rebelled over policies or disapproval, but could not It is avoided that the salafis are still classified as an exclusive group in practicing their religion.
