The purpose of this study was to explore students' voices on the implementation of the flipped classroom in the EFL Reading Class during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was a case study using a qualitative descriptive method. The participant of this study were students of grade 10 that consist of 32 students at one Islamic Senior High School (Madrasah Aliyah Negeri) in North Sumatra. The results of this study are the improvement of quality of learning EFL Reading through the flipped classroom strategy, an increase in students' independence learning in using the flipped classroom utilizing technology in the flipped classroom also has a positive impact on the role of technology in education. Based on the finding in this research, the implementation of the flip classroom during the pandemic can be one of the reference methods that can be used by teachers by considering the benefits of the flipped classroom for students, such as making it easier to access and students' readiness to face learning.
The purpose of this study is to try to provide an overview of the efficiency of implementing fintech and digitalization that must be done by Islamic banking, one of which is at Bank Sumut Medan Sharia Branch Office. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques by conducting a literature study approach (library research) and interviews. The results showed that the state of implementation and cooperation with fintech companies has not been running as has been done by conventional Sumut Banks. However, in the future Bank Sumut Syariah will realize the release or add some banking services with a digitalization system. With the hope of implementing fintech and the realization of more optimal digitization services at PT Bank Sumut, Medan Sharia Branch Office is expected to be able to provide progress and maximize market share in Islamic banking
Sebuah tantangan bagi guru agar bisa secara efektif mentransfer ilmu atau pelajaran yang lazimnya diajarkan langsung di dalam kelas, sekarang harus diajarkan secara daring karena terjadinya pandemi Covid-19. Cara guru menjelaskan materi pelajaran dengan adanya diskoneksi antara cara mengajar dan bagaimana isi pelajaran harus disampaikan merupakan bagian dari strategi mengajar yang seharusnya dipersiapkan dengan baik sehingga tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi mengajar bahasa Inggris pada kelas daring yang digunakan oleh para guru Bahasa Inggris SMP Swasta F. Tandean Tebing Tinggi selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 2 orang guru Bahasa Inggris di SMP Swasta F.Tandean Tebing Tinggi, lokasi penelitian berada di SMP Swasta F.Tandean. Ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dimana data diperoleh menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Sedangkan data dianalisa melalui langkah-langkah berikut: organisir data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa strategi mengajar yang digunakan guru Bahasa Inggris berbeda-beda tergantung kepada keterampilan bahasa yang ingin dicapai, namun keduanya menggunakan video yang diunggah ke Youtube untuk menyampaikan materi pelajaran dan menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp Group, Google Classroom, dan Zoom sebagai media komunikasi tanya jawab dan pengumpulan tugas.
The purpose of the study was to determine the effect ofproduct knowledge and customers perception on the preferences saving in Islamic banks with disposable income as a moderating variable. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The research population is students of the 2018 Department of islamic banking, State Islamic University of North Sumatra and sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample size of 78 students. The analysis model used in this study was linear regression analysis multipel. The results of this study indicate that there is the value of adjusted R square (R2) is 0,431 a direct influence between the product knowledge and customers perception on the preferences saving in Islamic banks. Even so, disposable income cannot moderate product knowledge and customers perception of saving preferences in Islamic banks. It is hoped that further research can use other moderating variables besides the disposable income variable in moderating the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable.
the results of this study indicate that; First, the public's interest in saving duringthe pandemic at BPRS Al-Washliyah Medan is interested in which the number of people has increased from the previous year. 5 components that influence people's interest in saving during the COVID-19 pandemic, namely: Attention, Interest, Trust (Disire), Confidence (Convication), Feelings of Happiness. Many people have barriers to income that is only enough for daily needs that cannot be set aside for savings. Second, the efforts made by the Bank to increase public interest during the COVID-19 Pandemic is the 4P Mix, namely Product, Price, Promotion, but socialization in shcools cannot be carried out because schools are carried out in a brave manner, not face-to-face as usual so it is difficult to socialize. Facing these problems, the Bank goes directly to the community to conduct promotions by complying with health protocols and conduct promotions throught the internet site.
