Background: : The process of development is a Nur Hidayah Hospital (RS Nur Hidayah) Bantul makes employees work load increases. Improved performance the hospital can improve employee performance. If the employees performance is getting better, the service given to the patients will be getting better too . While the employee's performance can be influenced by the work motivation. The researcher interested to do research the influence of motivation on performance of employees. Objective: Measure of motivation and employee performance. Measure the influence of motivation on employee performance. Method: this was quantitatif descriptive research using cross sectional approach plan. the number of 79 employees' respondents from 111 employees. The data analyzed using correlation analysis. Motivation assessed by questionnaire, performance while using a checklist. Result and discussion: Motivation (82, 3%) and performance (92, 4 %) employees are included in the high category. There is significant influence between motivation on employee performance (r=0,775 p (0, 00) <0, 05). Influence of intrinsic motivation (r=0,737) more powerful than extrinsic motivation (r=0,325). There is influence of the sub variables of responsibility (p=0,032), recognition (p=0,002), work achievement (p=0,007), career development (p=0,000), work (p=0,016), promotion (p=0,029), work condition (p=0,001) on employee performance. Conclusion and recommendation:This study shows motivation and employee performance is already high. Overall there is a strong influence on employee work motivation Nur Hidayah Hospital Bantul. Work motivation still need to be maintained and improved for the better employee performance.

Research of method that used quantitative, the number of 79 employees' respondents. The data analyzed using correlation analysis. Workload assessed by questionnaire, performance while using a checklist. Result: Performance (92,4 %) employees are included in the high category, while for the majority of the workload of employees included in the medium category with a percentage 54, 4 %. There is no significant relationship of workload with employee performance (p (0,066)>0, 05). Conclusion: This study shows employee performance is already high. There is no significant relationship of workload with employee performance Nur Hidayah Hospital in Bantul.
Background: Occupational health and safety was a thought and effort to ensure the integrity and perfection of both body and spirit. PT Katingan Indah Utama was a company Domestic Investment (DCI), which was engaged in oil palm plantations and management. Problems on PT. Katingan Indah Utama was the implementation of occupational safety and health that had basically been performed well but not maximum, especially in the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for workers at the production line. This study aimed at identifying the relationship between knowledge, attitude and motivation with the behavior of using self- protective equipment at production workers in PT. Katingan Indah Utama, Kotawaringin Timur, Central Kalimantan province.Methods: This was an observational analytic study with cross sectional approach. The sample of this study was all production workers of PT. Katingan Indah Utama, in the amount of 70 workers. Analysis of data used univariate, bivariat with statistical test of Chi-Square and multivariate analysis with logistics regression.Results: The results of the study showed no correlation between knowledge (p = 0.004) and the behavior of the use of self-protective equipment, there was a relationship between attitudes (p = 0.031) and the behavior of the use of self-protective equipment and there was a relationship between motivation (p = 0.022) and the behavior of using self- protective equipment. Multivariate analysis showed that variable of knowledge was the dominant variable related to the behavior of of self-protective equipment at the production workers of PT . Katingan Indah Utama with p value ( 0.002). Conclusion: There was a correlation relationship between knowledge, attitude and motivation with the behavior of using self-protective equipment at the production workers of PT. Katingan Indah Utama, East Kotawaringin, Central Kalimantan Province and variable of knowledge was the dominant variable related to the behavior of of self-protective equipment at the production workers of PT . Katingan Indah Utama, East Kotawaringin, Central Kalimantan Province.
Latar Belakang : di rumah sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul masih sering ditemukan kekurangan kelengkapan pengisian dokumen rekam medis.Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi kelengkapan dokumen pengisian dan menghitung jumlah kelengkapan pengisian dokumen rekam medis rawat inap pasien kasus hyperplasia of prostate pada tahun 2017 di rumah sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul.Metode : Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 orang dokter spesialis urologi, 2 orang petugas rekam medis dan 1 orang kepala bagian rekam medis. Obyek penelitian ini yaitu berkas rekam medis pasien hyperplasia of prostate yang berjumlah 263 berkas. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara.Hasil : Rekapitulasi kelengkapan pada identitas pasien untuk nomor rekam medis sebesar 100% dan nama pasien sebesar 100%. Pada laporan penting kelengkapan paling tinggi pada item tanggal masuk dan tanggal keluar sebesar 100% dan paling rendah pada item saran sebesar 2,29%. Pada autentifikasi kelengkapan pada nama dokter/perawat sebesar 97,71% dan tanda tangan sebesar 100%. Review pencatatan penting dan pendokumentasian yang benar sebesar 98,86%, nilai ketidaklengkapan DMR sebesar 93,91% dan nilai ketidaklengkapan IMR sebesar 98,47%.Kesimpulan : Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan ketidaklengkapan pengisian berkas rekam medis adalah karena keterbatasan waktu dan ketidakdisiplinan petugas.
Pemerintah Kulonprogo berupaya menciptakan desa bebas sampah hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan mendirikan bank sampah sebanyak 100 unit tak terkecuali di Desa Karangsari. Pengelolaan sampah hingga saat ini belum optimal padahal sampah dapat diolah menjadi barang bernilai ekonomis. Keterbatasan pengetahuan dan minimnya keterampilan menjadi kendala dalam pengolahan limbah. Maka dari itu perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan SDM dalam pengelolaan sampah organik maupun anorganik. Pemberdayaan masyarakat menuju desa berbasis sampah di Desa Karangsari Kecamatan Pengasih Kulonprogo bertujuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat, membuka lapangan pekerjaan, terciptanya produk unggulan desa ramah lingkungan dan menunjang potensi pariwisata di Kulonprogo sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dan pendapatan daerah. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat. Penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang diberikan tentang pengolahan limbah organik dan anorganik berbasis zero waste industry. Konsep zero waste industry terdiri dari reduce (mengurangi), reuse (menggunakan kembali), dan recycle (mendaur ulang). Luaran yang dihasilkan berupa teknik pengelolaan limbah organik dan anorganik berbasis Zero Waste Industry, produk unggulan desa aneka souvenir ramah lingkungan, terbentuknya UMKM, terciptanya lapangan kerja baru dan meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan.
