El artículo indaga la conflictividad en torno a las plataformas digitales en la Argentina entre 2016 y 2019. Se aborda el despliegue de las plataformas durante el período y los procesos políticos, judiciales e institucionales que lo atravesaron junto con la evolución y principales características de la conflictividad. En particular, se describen los procesos de organización y acción colectiva de los principales actores contenciosos: taxistas y trabajadores de plataformas de delivery. Se elaboró una base de prensa de noticias referidas a las plataformas digitales y un catálogo de acciones colectivas en torno a las plataformas basadas en la localización. Complementariamente, se realizó análisis documental. El análisis muestra que durante el primer semestre del 2016 se desarrolló una escalada conflictiva. Luego de su estancamiento, en el segundo semestre de 2018 comenzó un ciclo de protesta. Éste ocurrió en un contexto de “malas noticias” vinculado con la inefectividad de los poderes estatales para regular y controlar a las empresas. Mientras que el sector de taxis se movilizó en rechazo a las plataformas de transporte de personas, les trabajadores de plataformas de reparto actuaron para mejorar sus condiciones laborales.
En el presente artículo nos proponemos dar cuenta de la conflictividad protagonizada por los trabajadores en relación a la empresa hidrocarburífera YPF, en el Golfo San Jorge, durante los años 2003-2019. Abordamos la conflictividad en relación con los cambios ocurridos en la empresa y en la política sectorial durante el período abordado. En este sentido, contemplamos distintas etapas de YPF (privada, bajo control mayoritario estatal y los cambios de gestión en ésta última etapa de la empresa). La estrategia metodológica radica en el análisis de un catálogo de episodios de acciones colectivas contenciosas, de elaboración propia, con base en la prensa. Hacemos hincapié en los actores protagonistas de la acción, las demandas esgrimidas y las formas de acción.
