Indonesia is a country has a very high number of occupations. One of the government’s effort to control the population is by using a family planning program. However, the participation rate of Fertile Age Pairs in the use of family planning in Indonesia is not maximal This study aims to determine the factors that influence the participation of Fertile Age Couples in the use of contraceptives. The design in this study was analytic with a cross sectional approach conducted in Rancabali sub-district, Alamendah, Bandung, using primary data by filling out questionnaires. The population in this study were all of the fertile age couples with a total of 228 respondents. The statistical test used is Chi-Square. From the analysis of data from 288 respondents, 210 used Participating in using KB while 78 did not participate. The results of the study concluded that there was a relationship between the variables of knowledge, education and the role of the PLKB and family planning acceptors, while the variables of work, age and husband's support were not related.
Abstrac : Pandemi covid-19 mengakibatkan terjadinya pembatasan hampir kesemua pelayanan kesehatan, termasuk maternal dan neonatal. kondisi ini juga berdampak pada kunjungan ibu hamil ke fasilitas kesehatan khusus nya puskesmas johar baru. dari survey yang dilakukan terjadi penurunan kunjungan dipoli KIA yang secara tidak langsung juga berdampak pada pengetahuan ibu hamil yang dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kesehatan yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan janin. kehamilan adalah suatu kejadian yang dinantikan dan diharapkan, akan tetapi perjalanan selama kehamilan dapat menimbulkan kekhawatiran karena adanya perubahan baik fisik maupun psikososial. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil terkait pentingnya pemenuhan gizi, aktivitas fisik, pola istirahat, personal hygiene, dan komunikasi sejak dini pada janin sehingga ibu dan keluarga dapat menjalani kehamilan dengan sehat dan bahagia. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan membagikan pertanyaan secara pre test yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian informasi secara daring dengan media dan gambar yang menarik dan di evaluasi dengan post test. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah terjadi peningkatnya pengetahuan pada ibu-ibu hamil. dapat disimpulkan bahwa informasi terakit kesehatan selama kehamilan sangat penting dilakukan karena efektif dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan selama kehamilan sehingga proses kehamilan dan persalinan yang lancar.
Remaja merupakan individu yang secara anatomis akan mengalami pertumbuhan seksual dan perkembangan psikologis yang berpengaruh pada pola fikir dan tingkah laku. Seks bebas atau yang dikenal dengan extra marital intercouse atau kinky sex, merupakan aktifitas seksual yang dilakukan di luar ikatan pernikahan, dan diangap sebagai masalah sosial pada lingkungan tertentu. Perilaku seksual ringan dapat dikatagorikan dengan tingkah laku seperti berpegangan tangan, berpelukan atau berciuman (kissing/necking). Perilaku seksual berat tergambarkan dalam bentuk perabaan dada, perabaan alat kelamin, gesekan alat kelamin (petting), oral seks bahkan sampai melakukan hubungan seksual (intercourse). Hubungan seks bebas yang dilakukan pada masa remaja berpotensi untuk dilakukan dengan pasangan yang berbeda dan tanpa alat kontrasepsi serta pelindung terhadap penyakit menular seksual. Remaja yang melakukan hubungan seks bebas memiliki peningkatan risiko untuk mengidap penyakit menular seksual termasuk HIV/AIDS, kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan serta aborsi yang tidak aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara jenis kelamin dan pengetahuan terhadap IMS dengan perilaku seks bebas pada remaja. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain potong lintang. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sebesar 192 orang. Analisis bivariat yang dilakukan menggunakan uji Chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara jenis kelamin dengan perilaku seks bebas pada remaja (nilai p = 0,319; >0,05). Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan tentang IMS dengan perilaku seks bebas (p = 0,043).
Nutrition is a chemical component found in food and required by the body that can determine the quality of children's development and growth. The World Health Organization (WHO) global data from 2017 states that 22.2% of young children worldwide suffer from nutritional problems. And more than half (55%) are in Asian countries and Indonesia is in the top 5 places. The nutritional problems experienced in Indonesia are experienced by many young children due to many factors, for example, the problem of poverty and the problem of parents' lack of knowledge about nutritional supplements for young children. From the analysis of the data obtained in the Johar Baru 2 community data assessment on November 9-12, 2020, out of 20 infants, 2 infants had irregular eating habits, 1 infant did not eat vegetables. And out of the 20 toddlers, 2 toddlers still have poor nutritional status (yellow), 8 toddlers have a habit of snacking, most kinds of snacks are sweets. The method used in this activity is to provide advice on the importance of good nutrition for infants and young children. The activities are conducted online and are aimed at families with infants and young children. After completing the consultation, the participants' knowledge of good nutrition for small children increased by 21% per question.
