Membangun Motivasi Diri Berbasis Pada Nilai Kecerdasan Berbasis Neuroscience: IQ, EQ, Dan SQ
The multicultural era requires habituative awareness of diversity in schools as a praxis of multicultural education to instill awareness of diversity. This study aims to obtain a model of implementation of multicultural education in building harmony in diversity in schools. The research method uses qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques use active-participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation.The results showed that the curriculum is integrated with the values of humanism and pluralism, its implementation is designed with social action programs. The next implementation goes through stages: prejudice reduction, content integration, equality paedagogy, and empowering school culture and social structure. This research contributes to the implementation of multiculrural education in schools, and is very urgent to be carried out in schools in line with the digital era of multicultural mixing globally. Abstrak Cinta sebagai puncak kosakata moral manusia ternyata secara mengejutkan tidak banyak dicantumkan dalam buku-buku akademis pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap ajaran sufistik Jalaluddin Rumi yang memuat pendidikan cinta dan menemukan prinsip-prinsip pendidikan cinta. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka (Library Research) dengan pendekatan metode analisis isi (content analysis) untuk menghasilkan deskripsi yang objektif dan sistematik mengenai isi pemikiran Rumi. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari bahan-bahan yang koheren dengan objek penelitian yang dimaksud. Kemudian data dianalilis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan cinta mengandung lima prinsip yang harus disadari semua pelaku pendidikan, kelima itu adalah pendidikan itu bertahap dan berkelanjutan; kemampuan peserta didik itu berbeda; pendidikan akhlak kemudian intelektual; pendidikan mental dan intelektual harus melibatkan masyarakat dan pelajar harus selalu memohon kemurahan Tuhan. Kata kunci: Ajaran sufistik, Pendidikan Cinta, Jalaluddin Rumi Abstract Love which is at the summit of our moral vocabulary is surprisingly not widely included in educational and learning academic books. This study aims to reveal the Sufistic teachings of Jalaluddin Rumi which includes love education and discover the principles of love education. This study uses a literature study (Library Research) with a content analysis method approach to produce an objective and systematic description of the content of Rumi's thoughts. Data collection techniques obtained from materials that are coherent with the object of research in question. Then the data is analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that love education contains five principles that must be realized by all educators, the fifth is that education is gradual and continuous; students' abilities are different; moral and then intellectual education; Mental and intellectual education must involve the community and students must always ask for God's grace. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate how experiential learning theory was applied in Islamic religious education during the covid-19 epidemic. Interviews and observations are used to acquire primary data, whereas documentation studies obtain secondary data. This research was conducted at SMP Takhassus Al-Qur'an Tarub Tegal and SMA N 1 Karanggede, Boyolali. The data validity test is accomplished by triangulating the data analysis sources utilizing Miles and Huberman analysis, which consists of three stages: data reduction, data visualization, and data verification. The findings indicated that experiential learning theory might be applied to pandemic education in four stages: tangible experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation, both offline and online learning. Experience-based Islamic religious education helps students learn, comprehend, live, and practice Islamic teachings.
This research aimed to find out the influence of competence-based education and training (CbET) and motivation on the performance of civil service. This research was conducted from November 2008 to April 2009 at Dinas Ketrentaman dan Ketertiban DKI jakarta. A quasi method using stratified cluster random sampling was applied to involve 80 civil service out of 8000 members. The result of this study shows that (1) motivation influences the civil service's performance, (2) the form of CBET influences the civil service's performance; (3) the interaction between the training model and the motivation determines variations in civil service's performance; (4) there are differences between those who join CBET and those who do not. Those who join CBET have higher motivation to perform better. It is expected that these research findings can be used as a guidance to produce a new concept and strategy in education development and training for civil service.
