Green Human Resource Management (HRM) aims to shape employee behavior to help organizations achieve their environmentally-friendly goals.
Firms can translate the implementation of Green HRM concept into each HRM function. This paper is qualitative exploratory research that investigates the implementation
of Green HRM in a company located in Indonesia that is internationally reputable for being an environmentally friendly company. This study aims to highlight
the implementation of Green HRM through various HRM functions and to analyze the positive impacts of the implementation of Green HRM on individuals and
organizations. The results demonstrated that the implementation of Green HRM provided benefits for individual employees and the company as well. In particular,
individual employees had better green and non-green work outcomes. Meanwhile, at the organizational level, the benefits of the implementation of Green HRM were
the creation of environmentally friendly organizational culture and work climate, the increased efficiency of various resources, the formation of positive corporate
image and increased economic and eco-performance. It is expected that this study contributes to extend the literature on the implementation of Green HRM and its
benefits to companies.
Kerusakan alam membuat keseimbangan lingkungan hidup mengalami ketimpangan, banyak fenomena kerusakan lingkungan yang terjadi seperti pencemaran lingkungan, kerusakan ekosistem dan kekeringan. Fenomena tersebut masih belum bisa terselesaikan dan dampaknya mempengaruhi kehidupan manusia. Perlunya mewujudkan lingkungan yang lestari didalam semua lapisan masyarakat terutama didunia kampus. Dalam dunia kampus nampak bahwa mahasiswa kurang memiliki kesadaran dan perilaku ramah lingkungan. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan tingkat kesadaran dan perilaku mahasiswa di kampus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability-Convinience sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 300 mahasiswa aktif pada sebuah kampus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kesadaran mahasiswa masuk dalam kategori Tinggi, namun tingkat perilaku ramah lingkungan mahasiswa masuk dalam kategori Sedang. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa sudah berada di tahap sadar dimana perilaku ramah lingkungan itu penting namun implementasinya sedang, sehingga kesadaran yang tergambar pada mahasiswa hanya sebatas teori dan tidak dipraktikan.
Development in Indonesia so far has achieved planning approach. Based on Law No. 17 Year 2003 on State Finance Regional Budget that contained in the budget based on the RKPD, and the mandate of Law Number 25 Year 2004 on National Development Planning System, states that the planning process should be through participatory musrenbang. The planning process in Gunung Kidul Regency musrenbang promote participatory, although it has been difficult to realize the consistency, and the problems in the development gaps between regions. This thesis examines the consistency of the results musrenbang on RKPD, until the budget to determine the success of the planning and budgeting areas of physical infrastructure in the 2013-2015 fiscal year Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Province and the factors that affect consistency. This research was conducted at 3 SKPD that administer physical and infrastructure fields. Research using qualitative approach with case study method in which the collection of data, information, through interviews and direct observation in the field related to the planning begin planning meetings, RKPD, until the budget. Observations researchers carried out by conducting direct observation to the field in obtaining data relevant to the problems of researchers, while the sampling technique used is the technique of non-probability sampling with purposive sampling and analysis techniques used triangulation to test the validity of the data by utilizing researchers with data sources either through the primary data key
