This empirical study aims to determine the impact of the productive zakat, infaq and sadaqah (ZIS) on the growth of micro business and the welfare of mustahiq in Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (Baznas) branch of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Applying structural equation modeling partial least square (PLS SEM), it confidently aims to verify the factors that influence the mustahiq welfare. The data of the research had systematically gathered by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents and analytically processed by SmartPLS 3.0. This paper found that the productivity of ZIS took significantly positive influence on the growth of micro business and the welfare of mustahiq. The purpose of this study is to comparison in financia performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia by using the Income Statement (IS) approach and Shari'ate Value Added Statement (SVAS) approach. The type of research is quantitative, sample using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of Islamic banks in Indonesia the which presents a financial annual report the period 2008-2012. Financial ratios used consisted of Return On Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), the ratio between the total net income by total productive assets (LBAP), Net profite Margin (NPM), and Operating Expense to Operation Income (OEOI), Analysis tool used to prove the hypothesis of this study is an independent sample t-test and Mann Whitney U. The result Showed that the average financial ratios (ROA, ROE, LBAP, NPM and OEOI) there are differences singnificant between the model of IS and SVAS. Differences in the ratio of financial performance is due to the differences in the design of the presentation and disclosures relating to profit and added value. Income Statement "IS" looked at income as profit, whereas the Shari'ate Value Added Statement "SVAS" looked at income as an added value.
In the current era of business competition is getting tighter, strategies to get customer loyalty need to be increased. Because with such an effort to increase the value of the company. This paper aims to examine the effect of profitability (ROA), Liquidity (CR) and debt policy (DAR) on the value of the company in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). This research is anstudy explanative with a duration of four years from 2012-2015, in the ISSI index there are 100 samples taken by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using panel data analysis techniques with Eviews 8 software applications. The results of the study show that simultaneously profitability, liquidity, and debt policy affect the value of the company.
Exports are trading activities or selling goods to other countries with a mutually agreed system. International trade is one of the activities whose role is very important in increasing state income or meeting domestic needs. PT Bumi Sari Lestari is one of the horticultural exporters. It is necessary to know how many export volumes and what factors affect export volumes. This study aims to determine various factors that can affect the volume of potato exports of PT Bumi Sari Lestari, Temanggung, Central Java and predict the export of potatoes in the next few years (2020-2021). The study was conducted in March-May 2020 located at PT Bumi Sari Lestari, Temanggung, Central Java. The method used in this research is a case study. Determination The location of the study was determined intentionally (purposive). The data used in this study are primary data (interviews) and secondary data over the past 5 years (company data and related agencies in 2015-2019). Analysis of the data used in this study uses quantitative descriptive analysis and statistics with linear regression analysis and trend analysis. The variables analyzed include demand, export prices, local prices in Central Java, potato production, inflation, exchange rates and dummy number of importers. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the average annual potato export is 595,849 kg. Variable demand, potato export prices and local potato prices, inflation and the US dollar exchange rate simultaneously affect the volume of potato exports. The variable of demand, local price and inflation variables have a partial effect on the export volume of potatoes, while the variable of export price, the exchange rate and the number of importers have no partial effect on the export volume of potatoes. The results of forecasting of PT Bumi Sari Lestari potato exports in 2020 and 2021 were 572,074 kg and 301,818 kg respectively, which were 572,074 kg or decreased by 14.28% every quarter.
