In Company X, the use of the internet is a demand for workers. Therefore, an internet network is very much needed in a Company X. The absence of restrictions in the use of the internet network can interfere with the security and misuse of the internet network, for this reason the arrangements in the internet network are designed. One method used is the Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) Access Control List (ACL) method that is applied to Company X. The Vlan Access Control List method is one of the techniques for requesting an internet network access or data communication and sending a number of data packets from one computer to another. The author resets the results proving that the Vlan Access Control List with the filtering and sharing method of internet connection users can filter and identify users who have restricted access to access other users or to servers in Company X to improve data security.
L. plantarum producing EPS plays an important role as an antioxidant, anti-proliferative, and anticancer. This study aims to increase the production of EPS by L. plantarum through modification of MRS (de Mann Rogosa Sharpe) media mixed with coconut water, treated with natrium acetate, Se, and Zn at different concentration, as well as understanding its effect on antioxidant activity. The effect of adding sodium acetate with different concentrations of 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, and 1.0% into mixed media MRS coconut water, (1:3) was studied. Fermentation experiments at different of Se2+ concentration (mM): 50; 75; 100; 125; 150; and 175, and addition of variation Zn2+ concentration (mM): 2.5; 5.0; 7.5; 10.0; 12.5; and 15.0), were carried out separately. Antioxidant potential was tested by FRAP (ferric reducing antioxidant power) and ABTS (2.2′-azinobis (3-ethyl benzatiazoline)-6-sulfonate). The results showed that the addition of sodium acetate with different concentrations showed a significant difference to the dry weight of EPS (P < 0.05). The increase in sodium acetate concentration was up to 1%, in line with the increase in EPS production by L. plantarum (g/g DW biomass). The addition of Se2+ 100 mM increased the ratio of glucose to protein content by 2.121. The value of the antioxidant activity of Fe (II) was 311.54, and the ABTS test obtained IC50 of 83.041. A separate experiment with the addition of Zn2+ in the fermentation medium of L. plantarum produced a fluctuating exopolysaccharide. The value of the antioxidant activity of Fe (II) M using the FRAP method was 275.886. The IC50 value with the ABTS method is 73.2942. Characterization of EPS from L. plantarum using FTIR (Fourier transforms infrared spectrophotometry) has hydroxyl, carboxylate, and aromatic functional groups.
Abstract. Mojiso is a soju drink that is labeled halal. This drink is adapted from the original soju from South Korea which is not labeled halal. The majority of Indonesians who are Muslim have made owner shop create this drink idea so they can feel the sensation of drinking soju. But unfortunately, this drink is still a problem in society because the bottle resembles real soju. Based on this phenomenon, the problems in this research are formulated as follows: (1) How is the practice of using used alcohol bottles on halal soju products at Mojiso.id Stores? (2) How is the use of used alcohol bottles in terms of Islamic Law at Mojiso.id Shop? The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method. The samples selected in this study were the owners and buyers of Mojiso.id Stores, employees of the Health Service, and 6 scholars. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is interactive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the practice of using used alcohol bottles at the Mojiso shop has several stages in the manufacturing process. These stages start from the process of searching, sorting, washing, drying, giving liquids, giving name labels, sealing bottle caps, and packing the product. Meanwhile, according to a review of Islamic law, the use of used alcohol bottles in halal soju products at the Mojiso Shop is allowed to be reused according to Islamic law on the condition that the bottles are completely clean of the alcohol contained in them. Abstrak. Mojiso merupakan minuman Soju yang berlabel halal. Minuman ini diadaptasi dari Soju asli asal Korea Selatan yang tidak berlabel halal. Mayoritas penduduk Indonesia yang beragama Islam membuat pemilik toko menciptakan ide minuman ini agar mereka dapat merasakan sensasi meminum Soju. Namun sayangnya, minuman ini masih menjadi problematika di masyarakat karena botolnya yang menyerupai Soju asli. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana praktik penggunaan botol bekas khamr pada produk Soju halal di Toko Mojiso.id? (2) Bagaimana penggunaan botol bekas khamr yang ditinjau dari Hukum Islam di Toko Mojiso.id? Peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik dan pembeli dari Toko Mojiso.id, pegawai Dinas Kesehatan, dan ahli ulama yang berjumlah 6 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis interaktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik penggunaan botol bekas khamr di toko Mojiso memiliki beberapa tahapan dalam proses pembuatannya. Tahapan-tahapan tersebut mulai dari proses pencarian, penyortiran, pencucian, penjemuran, pemberian cairan, memberikan label nama, penyegelan tutup botol, dan pengepakan pada produk tersebut. Sedangkan menurut tinjauan hukum Islam, penggunaan botol bekas khamr pada produk soju halal di Toko Mojiso diperbolehkan untuk digunakan kembali menurut hukum Islam dengan syarat botol tersebut sudah benar-benar bersih dari zat alkohol yang terkandung didalamnya.
