This study aims to identify and evaluate accurately the measurement process of Supply Chain Management of port operators in Tanjung priok jakarta. The target of this research is several sea transportation companies, especially loading and unloading companies in Jakarta. Loading and unloading companies with experience in these ports will later be able to help direct students in the Independent Campus Self-Learning process in Indonesia through an internship program. The main problem in the delayed loading and unloading process is the loading and unloading workers, especially at the Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis with the SCOR method through five measurement processes, namely Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return. The loading and unloading conditions at three major ports in Indonesia are the benchmarks in this research. The research sample consisted of several company leaders in the transportation and logistics industry as informants from the port authority Regional Tanjung Priok Port Branch Jakarta, the findings of this study were to determine the Dwelling Time related to the desired Container Yard at the port as a temporary warehouse for loading and unloading companies and management of loading and unloading workers at ports that must be considered.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh takhayul terhadap kinerja pemasaran yang dimoderasi produk. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pemilik bisnis yang percaya takhayul untuk produk. Sampel penelitiannya adalah 200 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purpose sampling dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif menggunakan aplikasi Lisrel versi 8.80 untuk mengolah dan menganalisis data Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh yang signifikan takhayul terhadap produk; pengaruh yang signifikan takhayul produk terhadap kinerja pemasaran; tidak adanya pengaruh yang signifikan takhayul terhadap kinerja pemasaran.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Service Quality, Customer Relationship Marketing, and Attractiveness, on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty at sea transportation companies in Jakarta Province Region. The research design used in this study is causal design which explains the causal relationship. The research location is in Jakarta Province while the research objects are 10 sea transportation companies in Jakarta Province with 250 customers. The sample selection used nonprobability sampling. This dissertation draft used primary data from questionnaire filled out by the respondents. The tools of analysis of the research are descriptive statistics using SPSS and hypothesis testing by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Lisrel. The results of hypothesis testing showed that : 1) the Organization Culture has not significant effect on Performance, 2) the Organizational Culture has positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction, 3) the Organizational Culture has positive and significant impact on Achievement Motivation, 4) the Organizational Culture has positive and significant impact on Organization Commitment, 5) Job Satisfaction has not significant effect on Performance, 6) Job Satisfaction has not significant effect on Organization Commitment, 7) Organization Commitment has not significant effect on Performance, 8) Achievement Motivation has positive and significant on Performance, and 9) Achievement Motivation has positive and significant on Jobs satisfaction. The descriptive analysis shows that the level of Service Quality, CRM, Attractiveness, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty is at positive level.
This study aims to determine the factors of job satisfaction which consist of salary, social security, work environment, work relations and supervision both directly and simultaneously towards the commitment of employees of PT. Yicheng Logistics - Indonesia. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population of this study was the employee of PT. Yicheng Logistics – Indonesia. The total sample of 67 respondents taken by simple sampling technique. Data collection method use questionnaire. To find out how much the dependent variable effect on the independent variable was used multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that salary (X1), social security (X2), work environment (X3), employment relationship (X4) and supervision (X5) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). While partially Salary (X1), Allowances (X2) and Work Environment (X3) there is no significant effect on employee performance (Y), except Work Relations (X4) and supervision (X5) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y)
