For this reason, in this study we had the opportunity to develop a web-based Village Service Information System in Leran village, in developing the system this time we used a prototyping method. This system will have several features, including: making independent reports, submitting a letter of introduction from the village and online, making a biodata of the village community, and also containing the profile of the village of Leran. The results of this research are a village service information system that can help the work of government officials in the village of Leran, and also facilitate the villagers in obtaining information about services or other information in the village of Leran.
One factor that influences the successfulness of published articles was a positive impression. It could attract the editors', reviewers', and readers' attention and appreciation. In this study, the researchers analyzed the different implementation of seven articles to build a positive impression based on Appraisal study. The articles were chosen through purposive sampling. It was analyzed by using the coding and interpreting technique. The findings show that every article had different implementation that comprised the exploration of the process and product, logical explanation of cause and effect, proposition of different reality between idealism and fact, pointing the trigger of finding, proposition of benefits, successfulness argumentation, and the explanation of method of collecting data. The results were beneficial to be applied as an Interpersonal technique to make the article is accepted in a publication because in the era of the online system, the publication requisites become higher.
Application of a foreign language for subjects in STEM could benefit both the foreign language and the other discipline competence. Therefore, this study aimed to describe the potential benefits of the combination of English language teaching and STEM. The qualitative research approach was used in this research, and library research was applied as the type of this research. The researchers collected detailed information using a variety of references as the source of the data. The interactive analysis model was used as the technique of data analysis. The combined application of STEM and English is a new solution to obtain multi-skills. Students or users could learn and practice English and other subject materials simultaneously. Two main benefits that are offered by the application are social interaction and cognitive skills. In the social interaction skill term, students could train themselves to interact with other students and practice their skills in social life practice. Meanwhile, students could train their logical thinking skills to be critical thinkers in the pedagogic skill term. The application needs serious preparation, especially from teachers for their background and additional competence. The teachers must be ready with their competence because they have to imply multi-skills and knowledge to students. The third of last benefit is that the application could be applied for bilingual education programs. The main conclusion is that the application requires strenuous or high effort both from teachers and students.
The currents of the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0 have changed the world order from computerization to digitalization. One of them that was seriously affected was the world of dance, because dance artists (choreographers) had to keep up with the times. Plus the Covid-19 pandemic which forced the world to completely change the order of life from manual to digital. The COVID-19 pandemic requires choreographers to be more creative in packaging works from creation to showing the work in digital form. This makes the choreographer work more extra because it no longer just stops until the work is performed in front of an audience on a 'stage' but until the work is digital. In this condition, there are still many artists who try to keep working but still rely on live performances even with health protocols, but have not produced significant results. Thus the digitization of dance works becomes something very urgent. This article tries to analyze how the form of dance performances during the pandemic is a challenge and opportunity for artists to keep the dance world alive. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection of observations, documentation, and literature studies. The results showed that during the pandemic, dance works were in digital form using social media as a 'stage'. The challenges that must be faced by choreographers are not only having to work extra but also having competence and/or knowledge of video editing and social media management so that dance works can be appreciated to the maximum. Opportunities that are obtained with the form of digital dance works, namely creative social media management, will bring a lot of appreciation to bring commercial benefits.
