Sharia mortgage financing at PT Bank Permata Syariah Business Unit. Targets and achievements of Sharia KPR financing up to August 2018 there is a high enough gap because of not achieving the target. In addition, the ranking of Bank Permata Syariah which is still far below shows that the contribution of mortgage financing has not been high. This is caused by many factors including the financing process and product quality that still needs to be improved so that it affects the Buying decisions and also the repurchase of Bank Permata Syariah mortgage financing . This study aims to determine the effect of process and product quality on Buying and repurchase decisions. The design of this study was explanatory.The sampling technique in this study was the Bank Permata Syariah customers in the South Tangerang Region and filled out the questionnaire using the accidental sampling method but still fulfilled the specified criteria. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with a total population of 150 Permata Bank customers in the South Tangerang Region. By using the Slovin formula, a sample of 100 customers is obtained, the defined margin of error is 10% or 0.10. Quantitative analysis method with SEM analysis tools and Smart PLS and SPSS tools.
Economic growth and the growth of restaurant activities is very rapid, will affect many aspects of the economy, the need for staples, and other needs make distribution of merchandise will be increasingly busy. Business people will create strategies to complement the needs of the community or consumers. Nowadays, restaurant business is a solution for entrepreneurs, because the busyness of the community will make them prefer the meaning of fast food. Consumers will see the quality of products from the retail store they will buy, as well as the quality of service, whether the brand image displayed by fast food restaurants is in accordance with customer satisfaction. It is expected that loyalty will arise if satisfaction arises in the minds of these consumers. Data analysis techniques used are correlation analysis techniques and SEM (structural equation model) analysis techniques. Correlation analysis techniques to determine the relationship between variables, while SEM analysis techniques to determine how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. The software used to process and analyze data from this study is Smart PLS version 3.0.
Technological development is very rapid, many things are very influential with the presence of the internet, many consumers are spoiled by online shopping, with this it will make it easier for transactions between sellers and buyers. Starting from the search for goods, to make payment transactions. One business player who sees the internet as a new market share in attracting consumers is the online travel agent business. In the beginning, this travel business was only done conventionally. Then the travel business also utilizes technology in marketing activities. With this research will find out whether there is an influence between perceived usefulness, with trust, then whether there is a perceived influence on repurchase intention, and whether there is an influence of trust with repurchase intention. The variable behind customer satisfaction is expected to bring customers into loyal customers. This study required 130 customers as respondents in the study who would be randomly selected to answer the research questionnaire
