This study introduces the early development of digital economy in Indonesia. e-Business activity is growing at an unprecedented rate in Indonesia as indicated by the number of online real time transactions (Real Time Gross Settlement) recorded by Bank Indonesia (Indonesian Central Bank), the emergence of dotcom companies, and the use of ICT in conventional business (a combination of brick & mortar with click/online). Research was conducted by investigating the digital activities of businesses. Unfortunately out of the 109 businesses approached, response rate was very poor with only 30 responding (27%). This is not uncommon in Indonesia for a variety of reasons. Results from the four variables utilized in this study, e-Distribution Channels, Value Creation, Online Products & Services, and Online Infrastructures, indicate that the development of digital economy in Indonesia is still in its early stages due to a number of encountered obstacles.
Pranata Sejahtera Cooperative is a savings and loan institution provided by Soegijapranata Catholic University for its employees. Based on interviews conducted with the treasurer and officers of the cooperative, the cooperative faces several problems. <em><span lang="EN-US">The research aims to compare the audit process carried out after ERP implementation with the audit model using the 2019 COBIT framework in the Monitor, Evaluate and Assess domain. It is evaluating the effectiveness of the audit using COBIT 2019 compared to the audit currently being conducted at PT XYZ. This research is applied research, using a case study method and a qualitative approach. The object of this research is PT XYZ, a company distributing pipe and pump products. 2017 PT XYZ implemented an ERP system to replace the previous program. Data analysis with the steps applied compared to the current audit process carried out at PT XYZ with the 2019 COBIT-based audit using the Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess (MEA) approach and evaluated the effectiveness of the audit model using COBIT 2019, which can ensure that audit objectives in the ERP system can be achieved effectively. The result of the research shows that there are differences in the audit process that PT has carried out. XYZ after implementing ERP with an audit model using the COBIT 2019 framework. This difference can be affected by the time of system implementation. The audits using COBIT 2019 can be considered very effective compared to the previous audits conducted by PT XYZ. By using COBIT 2019, it can help PT XYZ in designing governance using several design factors that have been provided.</span></em>
Pengelolaan hutan sosial selama ini dijalankan secara manual, sehingga menimbulkan kendala dalam tata kelola organisasi, produksi, dan pemasaran. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem tata kelola dan e-supply chain untuk peningkatan kapasitas perhutanan sosial. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan berbasis masalah, yang terdiri dari pemetaan masalah, survei lapangan, pelatihan, dan implementasi sistem. Pengabdian ini bermitra dengan Gerakan Masyarakat Perhutanan Sosial (GEMA PS) yang mengelola 32.000 hektar lahan hutan sosial dan beranggotakan 60.000 petani hutan dan merupakan anggota tim percepatan penyelesaian konflik agraria dan penguatan reforma agraria. Kegiatan pengabdian diikuti oleh tim pengabdian dan para pengelola perhutanan sosial. Pengabdian ini berhasil mengimplementasikan sistem yang merupakan pengembangan dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Dengan implementasi sistem tata kelola dan e-supply chain, pengabdian ini telah membantu para petani hutan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka karena alur komoditas bisa diidentifikasi secara lebih akurat dan komoditas pertanian bisa sampai ke pasar dengan jalur distribusi yang pendek. Selain itu, dalam hal tata kelola organisasi, para pengelola perhutanan sosial akan mampu melakukan koordinasi dengan petani hutan dan memiliki informasi mengenai kemajuan pemanfaatan hutan sosial oleh petani hutan.
