Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Keterampilan Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah dalam Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. Subyek penelitian adalah tenaga administrasi sekolah dan obyeknya adalah sistem manajemen informasi.Adapun informan penelitian ini adalah 3 orang tenaga admisitrasi sekolah, 1 orang kepala sekolah dan 1 orang kepala tata usaha. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisa data adalah reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan tenaga admistrasi dalam penerapan sistem manajemen Informasi SMA 4 Pekanbaru berada pada kategori baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh hasil observasi sebesar 68% dari rentang 56%-75%.
This study aims to analyze competency development as an effort to improve the performance of school administration staff. The research method used is library research or library research. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. The results of the study show that school administrative staff are educational staff whose job is to provide support for administrative services for the implementation of the educational process in schools. Performance or performance of administrative personnel is the result of work that can be achieved by administrative staff in the form of providing services to parents of students and the community by their respective responsibilities and authorities to achieve the vision, mission, and goals of the school, and achieve the goals of school administration services only possible because of the efforts of administrative personnel. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pembinaan kompetensi sebagai upaya meningkatkan kinerja tenaga administrasi sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan atau library research. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis konten atau content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tenaga administrasi sekolah adalah tenaga kependidikan yang bertugas memberikan dukungan layanan administrasi guna terselenggaranya proses pendidikan di sekolah. Kinerja atau performance tenaga administrasi adalah hasil kerja yang dapat dicapai oleh tenaga administrasi dalam bentuk pemberian layanan pada orang tua siswa dan masyarakat sesuai dengan tanggungjawab dan wewenang masing-masing dalam upaya mencapai visi, misi dan tujuan dari sekolah, serta tercapainya tujuan layanan administrasi sekolah hanya dimungkinkan karena adanya upaya tenaga administrasi.
This study aimed to analyze and explicate the influence of the advent of Latin script (Roman script) on the progress of Malay-Arabic script culture, language, and religion in the archipelago. The arrival of Islam had a major influence on the language, religion, and culture of the archipelago through a script, known as the Malay Arabic script. In the archipelagic history, the reconstruction of local culture through an Arabic-Malay script has affected the growth and progress of civilization. The use of the Malay-Arabic script around the 13th century in the writing tradition in schools and Islamic boarding schools as a medium made it easier to read the Qur'an, to study Arabic grammar, and to learn various aspects of other scientific fields. After that, the situation changed due to the emergence of the Romance script in the 15th century, which was brought by Europeans to the Malay world or the Archipelago. Based on the type of qualitative research using a historical approach, it showed that there was a contestation of the Arabic-Malay script with the emergence of the Romance script in Indonesia. This could be seen from the following: 1) The position of the Arabic-Malay script, which had been popular in society and was entrenched in formal and normal institutions, had been increasingly lost due to the appearance of the Roman script. 2) It was difficult to find references related to religious, social, cultural, and political sciences written in the Arabic-Malay script. 3) The transition from using the Arabic-Malay script to the Roman script also had a religious mission, namely the eradication of Islamic symbols marked by many generations who did not understand the Arabic-Malay script as a medium to make it easier to read the Qur'an and understand religion. Based on this data, it is demonstrated that the study of Arabic-Malay script in today's society is decreasing, and the longer the majesty of the Arabic-Malay script as the Lingua Franca in archipelago civilization can be forgotten if it is not preserved and implemented in formal and non-formal education in Indonesia.
The purpose of study was to study the influence of leadership, trust and academic culture on effective teaching of lecturers in Islamic State University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. This research used the quantitative approach through the survey research. The sample of this research was 220 lecturers of Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim, who were selected randomly from eight (8) faculties. The result of this study indicates that :1) leadership has a direct effect with positive value on effective teaching,2) trust has a positive direct effect on effective teaching,3) academic culture has a positive direct effect on effective teaching,4) leadership has a positive direct effect on academic culture,5) trust has a direct effect with positive value on academic culture,and 6) leadership has a direct effect wist positive result on trust.The research concluded thatthere was an effective teaching which were influenced by leadership, trust and academic culture.
This study aims to examine the recruitment of educators as an effort to improve the quality of education. The method used in this research is Library Research and this research uses content analysis techniques. The results of this study state that the recruitment of teaching staff makes an important contribution to improving the quality of education marked by educational staff as people who will provide knowledge and instill attitudes and morals to students to develop their potential so that they will produce quality output and quality education. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji rekrutmen tenaga pendidik sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Library Research (Penelitian Pustaka) dan penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis konten/content analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa rekrutmen tenaga pendidik berkontribusi penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan ditandai dengan tenaga pendidikan sebagai orang yang akan memberikan ilmu pengetahuan dan menanamkan sikap dan moral kepada peserta didik untuk mengembangkan potensinya sehingga akan meghasilkan output yang berkualitas dan pendidikan yang berkualitas.
