Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji klasterisasi industri kecil melalui pendekatan tipology klassen. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah (i) Untuk memetakan jenis-jenis industri kecil apa saja yang potensial untuk dikembangkan di Kabupaten Malang (ii) Merumuskan strategi yang tepat untuk pengembangan klaster industri yang potensial di Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BPS Kab Malang dan Disperindag Kab Malang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kontribusi, analisis Location Quotient dan juga tipologi klassen. Analisis Kontribusi menunjukkan Rata-rata kontribusi untuk Provinsi Jawa Timur sebesar 5,88% hasil ini tidak berbeda jauh dengan kontribusi Kabupaten Malang, dimana kontribusi terbesarnya masih tetap sama yaitu industri pengolahan sebesar 29,28%. Dilanjutkan Analisis LQ yang menunjukkan terdapat enam sektor yang memiliki nilai LQ lebih dari 1 yang artinya merupakan sektor basis dan memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan. Sektor tersebut antara lain adalah sektor pertanian, industri pengolahan, pengadaan air, konstruksi, perdagangan besar dan jasa lainnya. Sedangkan tipologi klassen dengan hasil sektor maju dan tumbuh dengan pesat berada pada sektor pertanian, industri pengolahan dan jasa lainnya. Dengan hal ini strategi pengembangan ekonomi lokal di Kabupaten Malang dapat dilakukan dengan pemberiaan fasilitas pembinaan, pengembangan SDM, bantuan peralatan dan pemasaran.
As biggest moslem population in the world, Indonesia has the most moslem population and also Moslem consumers. Halal should already become Moslem's way of life in Indonesia and also goes in the same trend. In concept of Islam, the product that bought and consumed by moslem must be halal based on the Islamic rules and principles. The research aimed at testing moslem's perception of halal product among moslem consumer. The sample of this study were moslem consumer who taken as respondent. Sample in this study were 142 respondents, but only 98 were useable responses. It is found that among three dimension in perception of moslem consumer about halal product. Halal product awareness could not reflect the concept of moslem perception of halal product. Only halal product knowledge and halal product belief that could reflected perception of halal product. Halal product belief is considered as the most important factor in reflecting perception of halal product among moslem consumer. Thus, this study gives some contribution to Islamic marketing especially how marketers would treat and facing moslem consumer based on their perception of Halal product . Its contribution to extant literature is the development of conceptual framework that identifies multidimensional construct implementation from perception of halal product. The findings could help the halal product players to formulize strategy in their future marketing plans.
Leadership in Islamic boarding schools is the leadership of caregivers or called cleric or master teachers. Leadership in developing entrepreneurship is also in the clergy. This study aims to interpret the role of cleric leadership in the development of entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a case study at the Sidogiri Islamic boarding school, Pasuruan. The unit of analysis of the research is ulama, teacher or cleric, business unit management, santri, community members of Islamic boarding school cooperatives. Data collection methods used in-depth interviews, participatory observation and content analysis of documentation. This research design uses a qualitative design with a case study model. Data analysis and data validity testing used triangulation techniques, namely source triangulation, method triangulation and time triangulation. The findings of this study indicate that Kiai's leadership plays an important role in the development of pesantren entrepreneurship. Kiai's important roles are (1) initiating, (2) facilitating, (3) mobilizing teachers, santri, and wali santi, and (4) mobilizing alumni to become investors in the pesantren business unit. Kiai also play a role in collaborating with other parties and the surrounding community.
SOCIALIZATION OF PURNA PEKERJA MIGRAN INDONESIA (PMI) IN IMPROVING THE COMMUNITY ECONOMY. Data from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) shows that the number of unemployed in Indonesia is increasing due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The program for placing workers abroad is one alternative to reduce unemployment in the country. However, the role of Purna PMI's efforts on community economic development in Malang Regency has not been widely studied. With this service, it is hoped that it will be known how mu ch the efforts of Purna PMI have played a role in expanding job opportunities, empowering the community's economy. The method used in this research is the Community Based Interactive Approach Method (CBIA). The socialization was carried out by providing material on the community's economy from the perspective of Management, Employment, Organization and Banking. The program was chosen because it is considered important and is expected to provide education to Retired PMI. With the implementation of the socialization program regarding the improvement of the community's economy, all parties benefit, especially for the Retired PMI Malang Regency. Overall, the implementation of the socialization can be said to be successful because the participants were able to master it, as evidenced by the distribution of questionnaires to the participants and the comparison of the percentage before and after the socialization that was obtained with the figure before socialization was 21% and after socialization was 84%.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the business partnership between the Sumber Makmur Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) and PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna has been running effectively. This study also try to find out how the business partner relationship formed between the Sumber Makmur Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) and PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna could develop business and improve community welfare in Ngantang, Malang Regency. Study focused on description about partnership implementation and what benefits are obtained from it. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection method used is a system of observation, interviews, distribution questionnaires, and documentation. The population of this study are employees of Cigarette Production Partner (MPS) in Ngantang, while the number of respondents as a sample is employees who get direct benefits from the company. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. Result from this study reveal that there is reduced unemployment rate of the Ngantang community since the start of the factory construction, approximately 90% of MPS workers are local people. Another finding is about the existence of CSR funds can provide better education to the Ngantang community to respond to Natural Disasters, Fires, and the Environment in the form of reforestation, as well as help or reduce the cost of education for orphans. In general, partnership between KUD and HMS is able to increase the economic growth of the Ngantang community and its circumstances.
