As a main horticultural commodity, cabbage is cultivated by farmers for long time. Research of this commodity is mainly focused on income, productivity, production, less focused on how a technical efficiency level has been achieved by farmers. For this reason, this study is aimed at determining the level of technical efficiency and the factors that affect the level of technical efficiency of cabbage farm in the village Talang Belitar Sindang Dataran Sub District Rejang Lebong District. the method of data analysis used stochastic frontier production function assuming Cobb Douglas is the functional form of the production function area cabbage research. Fifty- five respondents selected randomly. The results showed that the level of technical efficiency in this study the lowest high of 78.44 % and 99.74 %. The average technical efficiency of farms by 91.195 % cabbage . Production function estimation results indicate that the number of seeds, Organic Fertilizer, Urea, NPK, Pesticides and Workforce real effect on the confidence level of 99 %, while the TSP and the land area is not significant , then together the factors that influence the production of cabbage affect production by 98.7 %. While the determinant factors that affect the level of efficiency of cabbage farm showed that age of farmers and the use of technology significantly at 90 % confidence level while the farmer education, experience and trying to farm land status does not affect significantly, further found that jointly Age factor variables (age of farmers), EDU (education of farmers), EXP (experience of farmers), STA (state land) and TEK (use of technology) affect production by 61.25 % .Keywords : Technical Efficiency, Determinant factors , Stochastic Production Function , Cabbage Farming
The purpose of this service is to equip teachers with the ability to design media in order to improve the learning process and learning outcomes to achieve the specified KKM value. Teachers must be able to design efficient and effective media for each material being taught, for example designing scrapbook media. Not all teachers have the knowledge and skills to make scrapbook media. Therefore, it is necessary to assist in the manufacture of scrapbook media. The place chosen for the service is SDN 57 Kota Bengkulu. The teachers at SDN 57 Kota Bengkulu do not yet have knowledge in making scrapbook media. During the activity, the teachers were very enthusiastic about participating in the pre-test, question-and-answer, material presentation, and making media scrapbooks. In the practice of making scrapbook media, the Bengkulu folklore scrapbook media "Puyuh yang Cerdik" is produced. The choice of using scrapbook media as a medium in learning is very appropriate, because the concrete scrapbook media is in accordance with the child's thinking stage, namely concrete thinking. Peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan sekolah Adiwiyata mendorong siswa untuk memiliki kesadaran yang tinggi tentang pentingnya lingkungan hidup dan melakukan tindakan nyata untuk melindunginya. Kegiatan ini mencakup pembelajaran tentang alam, pengelolaan sampah, penghematan energi, dan upaya konservasi lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi implementasi program Adiwiyata di SDN 1 Kota Bengkulu melalui kegiatan gotong royong. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDN 1 Kota Bengkulu telah mengimplementasikan program Adiwiyata dengan melibatkan kegiatan gotong royong sebagai strategi utama. Kegiatan gotong royong yang dilakukan meliputi (1) bersih-bersih lingkungan sekolah, (2) pengelolaan limbah, (3) penghematan energi dan air, serta (4) penanaman tanaman di taman sekolah. Melalui kegiatan ini, siswa diberdayakan untuk menjadi individu yang bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan dan memiliki rasa kepedulian terhadap kebersihan serta kelestarian alam. Dalam kesimpulannya, strategi implementasi Adiwiyata di SDN 1 Kota Bengkulu melalui kegiatan gotong royong telah berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat. Kegiatan gotong royong menjadi sarana efektif untuk membangun kesadaran lingkungan dan mengembangkan sikap sosial siswa. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan program Adiwiyata dan penerapan pendekatan gotong royong dalam pendidikan karakter di sekolah-sekolah lainnya.
Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi sudah seharusnya diintegrasikan ke dalam pembelajaran, terlebih adanya Pandemi Covid 19 memaksa seluruh instansi tidak terkecuali pendidikan mengalihkan pembelajaran melalui online. Potensi dan kerentanan ini membuat para penggerak pendidikan termasuk dosen Universitas Tangerang Raya untuk melakukan tindakan yang dapat dimanfaatkan masyarakat khususnya bidang pendidikan. Dosen Universitas Tangerang Raya melakukan pelatihan pembelajaran online berbasis ICT dengan memanfaatkan Aplikasi Kahoot. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh penerapan Kahoot sebagai media pembelajaran terhadap pengetahuan guru dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran online berbasis ICT dengan memanfaatkan Aplikasi Kahoot. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan metode kuasi eksperimen One Group Pretest Posttest. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu berupa tes. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media Kahoot berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan guru. Hasil penelitian kerjasama ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran online di SD Kunti 1 Tigaraksa. Abstract The development of information technology should have been integrated with learning, especially with the Covid 19 Pandemic forcing all agencies including education to shift learning online. These potentials and vulnerabilities make education movers including Tangerang Raya University lecturers take actions that can be utilized by the community, especially in the education sector. Tangerang Raya University lecturers conduct ICT-based online learning training by utilizing the Kahoot Application. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of applying Kahoot learning media on teacher knowledge in developing ICT-based online learning by utilizing the Kahoot Application. The type of research used in this study was experimental research with the One Group Pretest Posttest quasi-experimental method. The data collection technique used is in the form of a test. The results of the study show that Kahoot media has an effect on teacher knowledge. The results of this collaborative research are expected to improve the quality of online learning at SD Kunti 1 Tigaraksa.
Learning designs that are in accordance with the developmental characteristics of elementary-aged children are often not paid enough attention to by teachers. As a result, students are not actively involved in learning. If this continues to be ignored, it will have an impact on the achievement of ineffective learning objectives. This study aims to produce a Learning Implementation Plan using the outdoor study method in grade IV Elementary School (SD) which can be used as a teacher reference in carrying out learning outside the classroom. This research is a Research and Development research by modifying the 4-D model. However, this research was only carried out until the third stage, namely develop. Validation is carried out by curriculum experts. The developed lesson plans were rated and responded to by 8 public elementary school teachers in Bengkulu City. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis on the results of expert validation assessments and teacher responses and qualitative descriptive analysis on comments from expert validation and teacher responses. The results of this study show that in the Thematic Learning Implementation Plan using the outdoor study method with an assessment from curriculum experts of 89.25 with a very good category and teacher responses of 89.15 with a very good category as the final product of development.
