Este estudo procurou identificar as situações individuais, familiares e contextuais associadas às manifestações de problemas de saúde mental em adolescentes estudantes da região metropolitana de Porto Alegre, RS. Mental health problems in adolescence: family characteristics, traumatic events and violence AbstractThe occurrence of traumatic events, exposure to violence and characteristics of parental relationship are risk factors associated to mental health. This study aimed to identify individual, family and contextual factors associated to the manifestation of mental health problems in a sample of adolescent students from the metropolitan region of the city of Porto Alegre, RS. The instruments used were the Stressful Adolescence Events Inventory, Screening of Exposure to Community Violence, Parental Style Inventory and the Child Behavior Checklist-YRF version. Two hundred and forty five adolescents, of which 114 (46,5%) male, mean age 16,02 (DP=1,83) participated in the study. Data analysis was done through descriptive and inferential statistics to estimate the determinants of clinical diagnostics. Violence situations, negative parenting practices and traumatic events were associated to clinical diagnosis. It is appointed the need to implement preventive actions and intervention geared to child and adolescent mental health.
Resumo: A educação no Brasil vem passando por momentos de inovação. Pensando nisso, a Rede Marista investe na implantação das Matrizes Curriculares como forma de atualização com as demandas atuais. Para viabilizar esse processo, toda a comunidade escolar precisa rever posturas e organizar novas intervenções, em especial a equipe pedagógica, que exerce um importante papel de liderança com a direção e com os professores. Assim, este trabalho visa refletir sobre a postura da equipe pedagógica no processo de implantação das Matrizes Curriculares Maristas, sob a ótica dos professores de uma instituição. Para isso, adotou-se a metodologia qualitativa, com entrevistas semiestruturadas. Os dados levantados foram analisados por meio de análise de conteúdo. Os resultados apontam para a necessidade de um acompanhamento mais próximo e efetivo da equipe com os professores, reuniões pedagógicas mais eficazes e possibilidades de trocas de experiências entre unidades maristas. Equipe pedagógica.The pedagogical staff in the implantation of the Marist Curriculum Matrices: a cut from the teacher perspective Abstract: Education is going through moments of innovation in Brazil. With that in mind, Marist group invests in the implantation of "Marist Curricular" as a means to keep updated with the nowadays demands. In order to make this process possible, the whole school community must revise behaviors and organize new interventions, particularly the pedagogical staff, which plays an important role of leadership along with principals and teachers. Hence, this paper ponders the pedagogical staff attitude in the process of implantation of the "Marist Curricular Matrices", from an institution teachers' perspective. For this purpose, a qualitative methodology has been adopted, along with semi-structured interviews; the acquired data has been analyzed through the content analysis method. The results point to a closer and more efficient accompaniment along with teachers, more effective pedagogical meetings and possibilities for experiences exchanges among the Marist branche.
