Este trabalho apresenta a transformação de um motor de indução trifásico convencional em um motor do tipo Dahlander. O enrolamento e desenvolvido para que cada fase tenha quatro terminais acessíveis, de modo que seja possível ao usuário realizar ligações que permitam o motor funcionar em três modos de operação: conjugado constante, conjugado variavel e potência constante. São realizados testes de corrente contnua, a vazio e de rotor bloqueado para a determinação dos parâmetros do motor em cada uma das ligações. Com base nos parâmetros obtidos são traçadas as curvas de conjugado e densidade de corrente versus velocidade, e essas são comparadas com os resultados encontrados na bibliografia existente.
