3) Kurangnya Tenaga Ahli 3R.
Food crop is one of the most impacted agricultural sectors by climate related disaster. The negative impacts of climate related disaster could be assessed by its vulnerability level that depends on various indicators including exposure, sensitivity, and adaptive capacity. This paper aims to identify the determinant factors that influence the vulnerability of food farming based on the characteristics of land resources, climate and water, and socio-economic factors at the district level in Banten Province, and to develop recommendations on climate adaptation. Identification of the dominant factors, which most contribute to the level of vulnerability, is one of the main considerations to determine the strategy of adaptation. Our results showed that the main determinant factors varied among districts. The most important factors were Oldeman’s climate type (SEI12), the ratio of the number of extension agents to rice field area (ACI3), and the ratio of the number of farmer groups to rice field area (ACI4). SEI12 deals with the climate, whereas ACI3 and ACI4 are related human resources and institutions. Further, although urban area had high exposure and sensitivity as in rural area, but the adaptive capacity for the urban area was still high. Therefore, the level of vulnerability was reduced in urban, but still high in rural area. More efforts are expected to adapt climate related disaster in rural area.
Food is an important element to human life. Food availability is a main factor to support sustainable agricultural activities. Concrete efforts are urged to support the Indonesian government targets to become the world food basket by 2045. Extreme climate events leading to climate related hazards such as floods and drought that significantly impact negatively planting area, harvesting, and production must be addressed so the risks can be minimized. Vulnerability and risk assessment of climate impacts on food farming system are completed to provide information on the vulnerability level in each district/city to determine contributing factors that influence the vulnerability level. Data on climate, land, and water resources as well as socio economic were selected to represent the indicators for vulnerability assessment. The indicators were grouped into Exposure and Sensitivity Index-Indeks Keterpaparan dan Sensitivitas (IKS) and Adaptation Capacity Index-Indeks Kapasitas Adaptasi (IKA). The vulnerability and risk assessments to floods for Sulawesi Island explain that there are about 8% of districts/cities grouped into the level of very high category and about 17% of the districts/cities grouped into the level of high category. As for the vulnerability and risk to drought, the assessments show that about 1% of districts/cities are included into the level of extreme high category, about 8% grouped into the level of very high category, and about 17% classified into the level of high category. The contributing factors to the IKA are the length of the road based on surface conditions and the ratio of the number of farmer groups per paddy area. The IKS dominant determinants that must be addressed are climate. The level of vulnerability and determinant factors are useful to assist in preparing strategies and recommended programs of adaptation actions compounded with priority districts/cities whose levels of vulnerability are categorized into high, very high, and extreme high.
The community environment has a huge influence on children's development, especially in the behavior and personality of students. Personality is a mechanism that controls and directs a person's attitudes and behavior. If a person's personality is strong, then his attitude is firm, not easily influenced by the persuasion of factors that come from outside. Conversely, if the personality is weak, then a person will be easily swayed by various external factors and influences. Religious attitude is a condition that exists within a person who encourages him to behave according to his level of religious observance. The condition found at SMP Assahaqiyah Bekasi is that students still have weak personalities, as evidenced by their attitude when religious activities take place such as congregational prayers, they still need a warning from the teacher. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all students of SMP Assahaqiyah Bekasi which consisted of 3 classes totaling 40 children. And the sample used was 40 students.Based on the data analysis conducted, the research can conclude that there is a relationship between the community environment and religious behavior shown by thit of 3.854 and p-value 0.000 0.05, so H0 is rejected. Thus the community environment has a positive effect on religious behavior. The results of the study concluded that the relationship between students' personality and religious behavior indicated by thit was 3,057 and p-value 0.004 0.05, so H0 was rejected. Thus the student's personality has a positive effect on religious behavior. The results of the study concluded that when viewed from table B, the value of = 13,243 + 0.398 X1 + 0.457 X2. Seen in column sig 0.000 compared to alpha 0.05 the result is smaller, so H0 is rejected. Thus the better the community environment and the personality of students together they influence religious behavior. So, the influence of the community environment and the personality of students simultaneously both affect religious behavior by 56.5%. Keywords: Community Environment, Personality, Religious Behavior
