Dikirim: 03 Oktober 2018 Ijen crater destination is one of the favorite of tourism object in Banyuwangi. Ijen crater has the interesting tourism that is lake crater that contains sulfur with the exotic of the blue fire, the unique of traditional miners, also the kind of flora and fauna. Moreover, ijen crater destination has superior product that is souvenir of sulfur that needed strategy to develop the existence of the product to get costumer satisfaction. The purposes of this research to know the development strategy souvenirs of sulfur in ijen crater destination Banyuwangi District and to know the development priority strategy souvenir of sulfur in ijen crater destination Banyuwangi District. As for, data analysis technique using Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor evaluation (EFE), Matrix Internal External (IE, Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, an Threats (SWOT), and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the development strategy souvenir of sulfur. The result of this research that is the priority strategies that can recommendation to develop souvenirs of sulfur that are (1) the government gives facilities and infrastructures to do intensive promotion activities, (2) to create be kind of the interesting product, (3) coordination that intensive with stakeholder to improvement sustainable development, (4) to establish cooperation with the managers of mining as team work to sustainable development, (5) to do training for the souvenirs of sulfur craftsman by the government, (6)to increase the quality of product that more creative.
Taman Gandrung Terakota merupakan daya tarik wisata yang terkenal dengan pesona seribu patung gandrung. Taman Gandrung Terakota menyuguhkan keindahan alam serta seni gandrung yang mana merupakan icon budaya Banyuwangi. Taman Gandrung Terakota menerapkan konsep pariwisata berkelanjutan dalam proses pengembangannya yang terdiri dari aspek lingkungan, aspek ekonomi dan aspek sosial budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaui pengaruh penerapan konsep pariwisata berkelanjutan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Taman Gandrung Terakota Banyuwangi. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi korelasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan jumlah 100 responden. Pengolahan data penelitian menggunakan alat uji statistik yakni SPSS versi 22. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, koefisien korelasi, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel aspek ekonomi berpengaruh tidak signifikan. Sedangkan variabel aspek lingkungan dan aspek sosial budaya berpengaruh postif signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Taman Gandrung Terakota Banyuwangi. Berdasarkan analisis uji simultan, hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel aspek lingkungan, aspek ekonomi dan aspek sosial budaya secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Taman Gandrung Terakota Banyuwangi.
Pelangi Migrant is a community consisting of former female workers who work abroad, and it is established at the end of 2018. This group has superior products, namely woven bags made from plastic and various processed foods based on home industries. The average production created in 2019 was around 1500 bags per month, and during this Covid-19 Pandemic, the Pelangi Migrant group could only produce about 500 per month. The production of processed dragon fruit lunkhead is also affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, which originally made 70 Kg/month. During this pandemic, it was only able to produce 25 Kg/month. The main objective of this activity is not only to focus on increasing income but for the village, a village identity or village characteristic will also be formed, which will become a branding in the formation of superior village products focused on the center of woven bag crafts. The activities carried out were training on woven bags made from jali, business management training, branding, digital marketing, and appropriate technology in the production process of processed Dodol. This activity results in increased creativity and productivity of the community, and income also increases.
The development of tourism sector by involving the community will result in a success that suitable with the aspirations and needs of the community itself. The aim of this research is to identify the level of community participation, the affect of the level of education and the perception on community participation in managing Selendang Arum Waterfall as a tourist attraction. This research uses survey method. The samples of this research are 136 people of Sumber Arum Villager. The result of this research shows that level of Sumberarum villager participation in managing Selendang Arum Waterfall is 83%, it implies highly positive (active community participation). Based on the results of the analysis, the perception has a significant affect on community participation, however the level of education does not have a significant affect on community participation and simultaneously the level of education and the perception have a significant affect on the community participation.
