ResumoBurrel e Morgan, em 1979, categorizaram quatro paradigmas: funcionalismo, estruturalismo, estruturalismo radical e humanismo radical. Sendo que os dois primeiros compõem a sociologia da regulação e os dois últimos, a sociologia da mudança radical. A liderança é fundamental para as organizações que desejam alcançar seus objetivos. O presente trabalho tem por objetivo identificar teorias de liderança em cada um desses paradigmas. Palavras-chaves: liderança, paradigmas, organizações. AbstractIn 1979, Burel and Morgan defined four paradigms: functionalism, structuralism, radical structuralism and radical humanism. The first two make up the sociology of regulation and the last two sociology radical change. Leadership is fundamental for organization that wish to reach their target or goal. The study aims to identify the leadership theories in each of these paradigms.
