RESUMO:Este estudo tem como objetivo a revisão sistemática da literatura brasileira acerca da Teoria de Piaget na área da Educação e Pesquisa Educacional na base de dados da Scielo no período de 2005 -2014. Esse debate é necessário na medida em que se retrata a relevância dos estudos Piagetianos para a educação. A pesquisa evidenciou a existência de um campo vasto a ser explorado pelos pesquisadores para desenvolver estudos empíricos aplicando a Epistemologia Genética na sua totalidade, dentro dos limites do contexto a ser aplicado, para identificar peculiaridades da realidade dos fenômenos da aprendizagem nos vários contextos e ambientes educacionais no Brasil. PIAGET'S THEORY: SYSTEMATIC REVIEW OF ACADEMIC PRODUCTION IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION ABSTRACT:The study arrested by systematic review of Brazilian literature about Piaget's Theory in Education and Educational Research of the Scielo database from 2005-2014. This debate is necessary in that it portrays the significance of the Piagetian studies for education. The research showed that there is a vast field to be explored by researchers to develop empirical studies applying the Genetic Epistemology in its entirety, within the limits of the context to be applied to identify the reality of the peculiarities of learning phenomena in various contexts and educational settings in Brazil.
ResumoBurrel e Morgan, em 1979, categorizaram quatro paradigmas: funcionalismo, estruturalismo, estruturalismo radical e humanismo radical. Sendo que os dois primeiros compõem a sociologia da regulação e os dois últimos, a sociologia da mudança radical. A liderança é fundamental para as organizações que desejam alcançar seus objetivos. O presente trabalho tem por objetivo identificar teorias de liderança em cada um desses paradigmas. Palavras-chaves: liderança, paradigmas, organizações. AbstractIn 1979, Burel and Morgan defined four paradigms: functionalism, structuralism, radical structuralism and radical humanism. The first two make up the sociology of regulation and the last two sociology radical change. Leadership is fundamental for organization that wish to reach their target or goal. The study aims to identify the leadership theories in each of these paradigms.
