The main purpose of this study is, surveying the relationship between organizational justice and job performance of payamenoor university employees in Ardabil province. The method of this research is applied correlation. The statistic societies are all employees of Payamenoor university of Ardabil (237 persons). The method of sampling is classified random sampling. The size of selected samples was 147 persons that they were determined by Cochran formula. The means of collecting data were two standard questionnaires: organizational justice with 17 items and job performance with 28 items. The face and context validity of questionnaires were reviewed by experts and for measuring the reliability of them was used Cronbach-alpha coefficient. To analyzing data were used one sample t test, Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariable regression. Findings show there is a positive relationship between organizational justice and its dimensions (distributive justice, procedural justice, informational justice) and job performance and its dimensions (context and obligation) and also there is a weak relationship between the above cases and procedural justice, so to promote employees' job performance in the area of organizational justice and its dimensions.

The population was Ardebil city universities faculty members. The table 1 show the characteristics of population. We determined the amount of the sample size with the used of Cochran sampling method which the statistical sample is 359 of these employees which have been selected through the simple random sampling method. To gathering of data, we used a questionnaire. In order to analyze the data resulted from collected questionnaires deductive and descriptive statistical methods are used. So we can use Multi Regression test the hypothesis of the research. Findings show that there is not significant differences between people job burnout and non-interventionist, interventional and Interactive management styles.
This study had done to surveying relationship between self-efficacy and job burnout of faculty members at Ardebil city universities. For this purpose, we study the literature of self-efficacy (instructional strategies, classroom management and job involvement) and job burnout. The population was Ardebil city universities faculty members. We determined the amount of the sample size with the used of Cochran sampling method which the statistical sample is 359 of these employees which have been selected through the simple random sampling method. To gathering of data, we used a questionnaire. In order to analyze the data resulted from collected questionnaires deductive and descriptive statistical methods are used. The results Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test shows the test distribution is Normal. So we can use Multi Regression test the hypothesis of the research. The SPSS tool has been used. The findings show that with attention to each share of selfefficacy show that share of any dimensions is significant in predicting burnout. And also, considering the contribution of each component of career self-efficacy showed that only part classroom management (= -0.03) in predicting burnout at 95% confidence level.
This study aims to describe, analyze and combine the factors associated with emotional commitment. The method of this research is meta-analysis. The statistical population of the present study consisted of written documents including dissertations, researches and articles in scientific research journals between the years 2007-2017 on the subject of factors associated with emotional commitment. Among the available published works in the database of Migiran, SID, Irandak, Noormagz and the works in the reference section of the library of Mohaghegh Ardabili, Tehran and Urmia universities, 16 documents were selected in 63 research factors. Data collected from each of the documents and research were analyzed using CMA-2 and SPSS 22 software. Findings showed that the value of chi-square index was 0.317 and the value of effect size in the fixed model was 0.158 and the review of these studies identified 63 effective factors and their effectiveness was significant. All the mentioned values have been evaluated as significant at the 95% confidence level.
