Bali is an area that relies on the tourism industry. The management of the tourism industry cannot be separated from other sectors, such as the creative industry. The creative industry is a supporter of economic growth in increasing employment opportunities and reducing the low population in Indonesia. Fashion and handicrafts are the mainstays of Bali's sub-sectors, with a proportion of 18 percent and 15.4 percent, respectively. The ability of human resources to express their creativity and skills plays an essential role in improving the performance of the relevant SMEs. The purpose of this study was to determine the position of entrepreneurial orientation development and market orientation in enhancing performance and to determine efforts to improve the performance of creative industry SMEs. The analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS program. The population in this study was the Creative Industry SMEs in the fashion and handicraft sub-sector. The research sample was 40 respondents with the sampling method using convenience sampling. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation does not have a significant effect on improving performance.
The aim of the company is to maximize the value of the company through the implementation of financial decisions consisting of investment decisions, funding and dividend policies. Companies tend to use debt in order to increase the value of their company. If a manager is able to increase the value of the company, the manager has shown good performance for the company. To increase corporate value, a good funding and investment decision is needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of institutional ownership and company growth on funding decisions and the value of manufacturing companies. The population of this study was 152 and was selected by purposive sampling so that 129 samples were obtained. Data Analysis Techniques use Path Analysis. Hypothesis test results show that the level of debt held by the company is influenced by institutional ownership and growth of the company. While the high and low values of the company are influenced by institutional ownership, the level of corporate debt and company growth.
This activity is based on the low level of public awareness of the importance of managing household waste to be more useful. Lack of concern for waste management has an impact on the increasing accumulation of waste in various landfills, which is due to the difficulty of separating organic wastes from recyclable waste. Tebe Komposter is a tube designed for composting. This tube can process household kitchen waste in the form of vegetables, fruit and leaves into compost with the help of a bio-activator which is sprayed on the waste every time it is put into the composter tube. The purpose of this activity is not only to get benefits in the form of material and experience but also to change people's behavior patterns towards waste. The specific target of this activity is to market composter tubes as a simple waste management tool that can be applied at a household scale.
Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) merupakan suatu wadah yang memberikan kesempatan bagi kaum perempuan untuk ikut andil dalam memajukan sektor pertanian. KWT digunakan sebagai sarana guna kelancaran kegiatan pembinaan kepada petani Desa untuk peningkatan kualitas sumber daya petani wanita. Akan tetapi, mitra belum memiliki pembukuan atau catatan terkait pendapatan, pengeluaran, biaya produksi dan laba ruginya, belum memiliki sistem pemasaran seperti website ataupun sosial media dan pemasaran secara offline baru dikenal masyarakat ataupun desa setempat, belum memahami tata kelola perusahaan, belum memiliki label/brand dari produk yang ditawarkan. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk masalah ini adalah melakukan pendampingan dan membantu dalam pembuatan pembukuan dan laporan keuangan sederhana serta dibuatkan sistem sederhana, membuatkan website dan sosial media serta memasarkan ke masyarakat luar, memberikan pelatihan mengenai penerapan tata kelola perusahaan terutama berkaitan dengan penentuan strategi produksi maupun pemasaran, melakukan pembuatan branding dari produk yang ditawarkan. Khalayak sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah KWT Dwi Tunggal Putri Desa Taro. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan pendekatan individual, kemudian pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah penerapan srategi pemasaran dan pembuatan pembukuan. KWT Dwi Tunggal Putri diharapkan dapat memberikan kesempatan bagi perempuan di desa tersebut untuk menyalurkan kemampuannya dalam mengolah lahan pertanian dan melalui berbagai kegiatan yang diadakan oleh KWT dapat meningkatkan aktualisasi mereka di lingkungan sosialnya.

Concern about this is demonstrated by starting to use environmentally friendly products and pay attention to business activities carried out by companies around them. Seeing the current public concern for the environment makes business people start doing green marketing. One company that applies green marketing is Starbucks Coffee through Tumbler products. This research contributes ideas for SMEs in the field of beverage culinary to do green marketing to care for the environment and increase customer loyalty. Data collection using a questionnaire distributed directly to the object of research. The population in this study was Starbucks Coffee Tumbler users in Denpasar with a sample of 75 respondents. Data analysis techniques using path analysis (path analysis) and Sobel test.
In the current era, companies are required to be able to manage their content on social media in a professional manner. High-quality content can increase engagement with customers. Content marketing is a marketing approach that involves creating, curating, distributing, and amplifying content that is engaging, relevant, and useful to audiences. Bali Coconut House is one of the homestays in Taro Tourism Village, Tegalalang, Gianyar. This homestay uses social media Instagram in marketing its products. The purpose of this research is to find out the right content marketing strategy through Instagram social media at Bali Coconut House. The research location was carried out at the Bali Coconut House. This study uses a qualitative research approach. The informant in this study is the owner of the Bali Coconut House. Data collection techniques using interview and observation methods. The content marketing strategy through Instagram social media at Bali Coconut House can be carried out by implementing 8 elements, namely setting goals, classifying consumers, planning content, creating content, distributing content, strengthening content, evaluating the content, and developing content. The suggestions that can be conveyed in this research are that in planning content for Bali Coconut House, it is better to have a content calendar, collaborate with attractions in the Taro tourism village and utilize information on Instagram Insight.
Permasalahan yang dihadapi Kelurahan Penatih adalah permasalahan ekonomi terkait potensi jangkauan pemasaran UMKM yang belum optimal. Di samping permasalahan tersebut, di Kelurahan Penatih terdapat anak-anak yang mengalami stunting. Permasalahan yang tak kalah penting adalah mengenai destinasi ekowisata yang belum maksimal pengelolaannya. Dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi Kelurahan Penatih tersebut maka solusi yang diberikan adalah sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai pentingnya pemasaran digital bagi UMKM. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan observasi ke beberapa UMKM, mengedukasi pelaku UMKM tentang pentingnya promosi produk/usaha secara digital seperti melalui media sosial. Sebagai solusi permasalahan stunting, tim pengabdian melakukan sosialisasi pencegahan stunting bagi seluruh kader posyandu di Kelurahan Penatih. Metode pelaksanaan program ini yaitu edukasi pencegahan stunting dengan narasumber yang ahli di bidangnya dengan materi ciri-ciri anak stunting, faktor penyebab, dampak, serta pencegahan dan penanganan stunting. Sementara itu, untuk permasalahan pengelolaan potensi ekowisata, solusi yang ditawarkan adalah sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada warga mengenai pelestarian serta promosi ekowisata. Tim Pengabmas membantu merancang dan memasang papan nama, denah, sekaligus membuatkan video promosi Ekowisata Subak Anggabaya. Keberhasilan kegiatan dapat dilihat dari terlaksananya semua kegiatan dengan baik dan menghasilkan luaran yang jelas. Kegiatan pelatihan perlu dilanjutkan ke depannya dengan materi lanjutan untuk semakin meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat dan ketercapaian tujuan kegiatan pengabdian.
