ABSTRACT:The purpose of this study is to map the human development index (HDI) of each region and regional planning efforts against the economic community of ASEAN (MEA). The research data used is secondary data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) from 2010 until 2016. The research methodology used is comparative research using secondary data analysis method, depicting human development index as measured by society welfare, that is health, education, and life standard or often called economic. The research results show that there are 9 provinces that have different HDI with Jakarta Capital City as the capital of Indonesia, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), West Kalimantan (KALBAR), North Kalimantan, Gorontalo, West Sulawesi , North Maluku and West Papua and Papua. The impact of this study is that central government focuses more on areas with different Human Development Index (HDI) with DKI Jakarta and equitable development to improve infrastructure in the area.
AbstrakIstilah multinasional menunjukan pada perusahaan penanaman modal asing (PMA), sebagai anak perusahaan yang berafiliasi bisnis dengan dengan perusahaan induk yang berkedudukan kantor pusat diluar negeri. Sedangkan, perusahaan domestik adalah perusahaan penanaman modal dalam negeri , kantor pusat yang berkedudukan di Indonesia.Analisa Faktor Yang Berkorelasi Dalam Penanaman Modal Asing: Matrik 1 Current Ratio (0,599) , Return On Asset (0,931), Retrun On Equity (0,77), Net Profit Margin (0,601). Matrik 2 1) Earning Per Share ( EPS) (0,993) dan Dan Times Interest Earned (0,926). Matrik 3 1) cash ratio ( 0,729) dan 2) Account Receivable Turnover ( 0,877) . Matrik 4 Inventory Turnover, (0,982), Matrik 5 Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) sebesar 0,545.Perusahaan PMA dengan profitabiltas dan likuiditas yang tinggi terdapat 1 (satu) perusahaan yaitu United tracktor hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai earning per share (EPS) sebesar 1.440 per lembar saham. EPS yang tinggi akan menarik minat para Investor untuk menanamkan dananya lebih banyak, dan keuntungan perusahaan adalah mendapatkan dana segar untuk lebih meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan. Dan likuiditas sebesar 206% pada Current rasio, 158 % pada Quick test ratio, dan cash ratio 62%.
This research aims to build a conceptual model of Beyond Corporate Social Responsibility (BCSR) based on Imam Al Ghazali's philosophy of cosmology, particularly on the concepts of harmony and heliocentric. Finally, this research seeks to restore CSR to the level of efforts to create harmony in life, not just regulations or mere imagery. This research used an interpretive paradigm by prioritizing qualitative data in building the BCSR construct as referred to in the research objectives. Literature studies are in depth to explore the basic essence of cosmology from the perspective of Imam Al Ghazali.This research produces a conceptual model construct of BCSR that looks from the perspective of the harmony and heliocentric cosmology of Imam Al Ghazali. Researchers get a green enlightenment that CSR should be "created" from a goal worthy of the noble purpose of the process of creating the universe and universe by Allah SWT. CSR should be built from the spirit to create a new, better order, improve the welfare and quality of life of other humans, other creatures, and the environment, even beyond all this, to glorify Allah. At the next level, CSR must be able to maintain the harmony of the company with the environment in the company as a small universe and its harmony with the external environment or large universe. In the end, the essence of all essence is that all forms of CSR activities must be based on high spiritual values as contained in the Al Quran. A finding called Beyond Corporate Social Responsibility This research tries to explore the concept of Imam Al Ghazali's cosmology in depth and make it the basis for building a holistic CSR construct or what is called BCSR. The building of universal harmony and placing the Koran as the basis of all corporate movements. The main limitation of this study is the lack of literature on Al Ghazali's philosophy that is relevant to modern business concepts, especially CSR. Also, the results of this study are still in the form of propositions that need to be implemented and measured carefully.
The board of change directors who are too "easy to come and easy to go" can worsen the company's performance conditions and increase the risks faced by the company. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to provide recommendations on the transformation of the board of directors so as not to give the impression of being dislodged, and as a strategic step in dealing with the world recession. Methodology: Research was in state-owned company which published financial reports on the Jakarta Stock Exchange. We desain the quantitative correlation between independent and dependent variables with or not using variable control. The study also involved Nine financial ratios to reflect a broader range of corporate conditions. Results: The results are First, H1 is accepted that skill is correlated to Return on Asset and Fixed Asset Turnover. Secondly, H2 is accepted that tenure is not correlated to financial performance. Third, H3 the ratio of a board of independent directors is correlated to profit Margin, net profit margin and cash ratio. Originality of the research, this study provided an idea of a new board performance director to anticipate bankruptcy indications of firms characterized by ROA and Fixed Asset Turnover, profit margin, cash ratio and net profit margin.
