Teacher’s misunderstanding in carrying out the assessment has the potential to lead to learning failure. Assessment is considered a routine learning activity but is also considered an additional burden. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the challenges and opportunities faced by regular teachers regarding the assessment of students with special needs in their classrooms. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, with the research subject being teachers in one of the elementary schools in Sumedang Regency. The results of the study indicate the low ability of regular teachers in the preparation of assessment instruments and their implementation; difficulties in developing learning programs and management; the complexity and high teaching load related to a large number of students with special needs in the class; lack of coordination between regular teachers and special assistant teachers (GPK) as well as special education teachers, and limited competency improvement services that regular teachers can access. The opportunity is that teachers know the importance of assessment, more assessment information can be accessed, frequent training and technical guidance that regular teachers can participate in, open collaboration with special education teachers, and easy school accommodation. The conclusion is still many challenges faced by regular teachers in carrying out assessments so a concrete program is needed that can create opportunities to improve the ability of regular teachers in carrying out assessments.
The development of an increasingly advanced world opens up opportunities for everyone, both men and women, to take part openly in various fields of life. This is inseparable from the role and figure of women, whose work today cannot be ruled out, thus constructing gender equality, which means the claim that humans between men and women are created as creatures and that differences only lie in the quality and level of piety. There is no claim that men or women are special before God, so whoever wants to gain a high degree must be cautious. There is no reason for the difference between men and women in the capacity of humans as creatures. Both have the same potential and opportunities to become ideal beings. Thus, a comprehensive understanding of the conceptual gender and perceptions between gender and sex is very necessary and important to understand correctly. This library research is conducted through documentation study and qualitative analysis. The findings of the research result state that gender is a concept that examines the differences between men and women as a result of social construction which can take the form of differences in roles, functions, and responsibilities between men and women so that they can change according to different times. gender that has been outlined by nature. Perkembangan dunia yang semakin maju membukakan kesempatan bagi setiap orang baik laki-laki maupun perempuan untuk berkiprah secara terbuka di berbagai bidang kehidupan. Hal tersebut tidak lepas dari peran dan sosok perempuan yang hari ini kiprahnya tak bisa dikesampingkan sehingga mengonstruksi kesetaraan gender yang berarti klaim bahwa manusia antara laki-laki dan perempuan sama-sama diciptakan sebagai makhluk dan perbedaan pun hanyalah terletak pada kualitas dan kadar ketakwaannya. Tak ada klaim laki-laki ataupun perempuan yang menjadi istimewa di hadapan Tuhan, maka barang siapa yang ingin memperoleh derajat yang tinggi maka hendaklah bertakwa. Tidak ada alasan perbedaan antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam kapasitas manusia sebagai makhluk. Keduanya mempunyai potensi dan peluang yang sama untuk menjadi makhluk yang ideal. Dengan demikian pemahaman tentang konseptual gender dan persepsi antara gender dengan seks yang komprehensif sangat diperlukan dan penting untuk dipahami secara benar. Penelitian kepustakaan ini dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi dan analisis data kualitatif. Temuan hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa gender adalah suatu konsep yang mengaji tentang perbedaan antara laki-laki dan perempuan sebagai hasil kontruksi sosial yang dapat berbentuk perbedaan peran, fungsi, dan tanggung jawab antara laki-laki dan perempuan sehingga dapat berubah sesuai dengan perkembangan jaman berbeda halnya dengan jenis kelamin yang telah digariskan secara kodrati.
Cultivating character in children is highly recommended to be formed from an early age. Because early childhood is a critical period that will determine children's attitudes and behavior in the future. Parents need to instill moral values as the basis of religious norms and social norms adhered to by the family. Parents' upbringing for their children determines and influences the child's personality and behavior. Children will be good or not all depending on the parenting style of the parents in the family. Thus, a comprehensive character education model in the family is very necessary and important to understand and actualize. The findings of the research state that character education that has high values must be designed in an educational model. Goal setting is the first thing to do. These goals will guide where this program is directed. Dengan demikian model pendidikan karakter dalam keluarga yang komprehensif sangat diperlukan dan penting untuk dipahami dan dapat diaktualisasikan. Penelitian kepustakaan ini dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi dan analisis data kualitatif. Temuan hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pendidikan karakter yang mempunyai nilai yang luhur haruslah dirancang dalam sebuah model pendidikan. Penetapan tujuan adalah hal pertama yang harus dilakukan. Tujuan ini akan menuntun program ke arah yang diinginkan. Untuk memenuhi hal tersebut dibuatlah sebuah model pengembangan pendidikan karakter dalam keluarga melalui beberapa pendekatan, metode, dan strategi yang relevan.
Characteristic of mahfuzhat is using of high register and contain cultural content and norms. That is bring own problems into student from memorizing procces, understanding a meaning and practicing. The goals of this study aims to describe and to provide a solution problematic that it has related with mahfuzhat learning. This research uses a case study approach, by observing field phenomena. As for the research subjects, namely students of the 1st semester of the Arabic Language Education Department. The data were collected using observation, interviews, and documentation, then the data analysis used was data display, data reduction and triangulation. The research findings show that the problem of competency aspects is due to aspects of vocabulary, rules and differences in several elements and characteristics between Arabic and Indonesian, the lack of time for practice, non-linguistic problems due to internal and external factors of the learners. The solutions include increasing the components and implementing learning as well as strengthening the motivation and self-confidence of learner.
