Objetivo: Analisar a visão dos enfermeiros sobre suas atribuições no setor de Organização de Procura de Órgãos. Metodologia: Utilizou-se a abordagem qualitativa do tipo descritivo. Os dados foram coletados, no departamento da Organização de Procura de Órgãos com todos enfermeiros efetivos. Para análise dos discursos dos participantes foi utilizada a técnica de “Análise de Conteúdo”. Resultados: Os funcionários do setor têm conhecimento sobre suas funções e estão exercendo de acordo com a regulamentação estabelecida. Atuam de forma ampla nos processos educativos, exercendo-os com qualidade, embora haja desafios organizacionais e sistemáticos, como o baixo número de profissionais que os sobrecarregam, deixando suas ações em algumas vezes com baixo rendimento. Planejar, executar, coordenar, supervisionar e avaliar os procedimentos de enfermagem bem como notificar a Central Estadual de Transplante a existência do potencial doador, entrevistar o responsável legal do doador solicitando o consentimento livre esclarecido são funções que o enfermeiro realiza em sua rotina de trabalho. Conclusão: o estudo sugere que os enfermeiros desenvolvam competências na área de ensino e pesquisa para divulgação das suas atividades e possam mostrar a importância da captação de órgãos para realização dos transplantes.
Viver em situação de rua é uma condição que perpassa a falta de moradia. Trata-se de uma situação que vulnerabiliza o indivíduo a diversas questões sociais, de saúde e legais, marginalizando-os e os aproximando do mundo do consumo de substâncias psicoativas. Tal segmento populacional deve ser compreendido como seres sociais, e que tanto como os outros inseridos nesse contexto, têm necessidades e direitos de serem amparados pelo poder público do estado e englobados de forma considerável em suas ações de promoção da saúde, dignidade humana e, em especial, ao combate do consumo de sustâncias psicoativas.
As teorias de administração têm sido discutidas por diversas áreas profissionais nos anos recentes. São de grande amplitude e podem ser válidas a partir da boa prática aplicada por um gestor que compreende suas variáveis que são: tarefa, estrutura, pessoas, tecnologia, ambiente e competitividade. Objetivou-se conhecer as teorias de administração aplicadas nas instituições de saúde. Trata-se de um estudo do tipo Revisão Integrativa da Literatura que reuniu uma amostra de 12 artigos sobre a temática abordada. Ao analisar os artigos selecionados pôde-se perceber que a aplicação ou o resgate das teorias clássicas que envolvem o trabalho racionalizado, dificulta o processo de trabalho e burocratiza o serviço ser prestado. Na seleção dos artigos pôde-se observar que há uma prevalência de estudos que mostram a análise das teorias motivacionais e na capacitação de alunos durante a graduação o que reflete uma inserção da administração na modernidade. O processo gerencial nas instituições de saúde tornou-se historicamente função atribuída ao profissional enfermeiro. O estilo contemporâneo da Administração, que compreende a moderna gestão de pessoas e de processos, através de percepção de que os recursos, ditos humanos, são de extrema relevância para o sucesso de toda organização, seja ela da saúde ou não. Conclui-se, que o elemento mais importante das teorias administrativas não é o resultado final, mas o próprio processo de trabalho por resolução de problemas, por meio do qual os servidores aprendem a se tornar ativos e críticos, assim desenvolvendo habilidades e atitudes exigidas na sociedade contemporânea.
