This article discusses the actualization of Islamic education in Islamicparenting in the Luqman family story with the aim of providingexplanations and real solutions to parents about how parents educatechildren by taking the example of family education conducted by Luqman.First, Luqman began his advice to his son by calling for avoiding shirkwhile at the same time containing teachings about the form of the OneGod, because the act of shirk is a great tyranny. Second, worshipeducation, teaches children to worship God by performing prayer as apillar of religion that will help someone from vile and evil deeds. Inaddition to prayer services, parents should also provide their children withinsight into other worship, such as fasting, zakat and pilgrimage. Third,muamalah education, Luqman gave advice to his children to always dogood even though as heavy as mustard seeds, Allah SWT will reciprocate.So also with bad deeds. Fourth, moral education, Luqman teaches childrento be patient and to behave well with fellow human beings, not to lookaway and walk arrogantly (arrogant), to be simple in walking, and tosoften sounds when speaking.
Hak asasi manusia dalam menegakan HAM di Indonesia sebenarnya sudah disinggung oleh para founding father Indonesia dalam merumuskan naskah Undang Undang Dasar (UUD) Republik Indonesia 1945. Dalam perspektif pendidikan islam sendiri hak asasi manusia memiliki keserasian yaitu berorientasi pada terbentuknya kepribadian serta akhlak yang luhur dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai toleransi pada masyarakat sejak dini yang berkelanjutan dengan mengembangkan rasa saling pengertian dan menghormati hak-hak oranglain. Islam dan Hak Asasi Manusia saling keterkaitan, karena Islam sangat peduli terhadap masalah hak asasi manusia, dan memberikan jaminanterhadap pelanggaran-pelanggaran yang menyangkut masalah hak asasimanusia.
Recitation as act of worship, according to Amin Syukur is a form of worship of beings, especially humans to Allah with the awareness of remembering Him. Where when remembrance involves between taste and brain simultaneously it will have a very extraordinary effect. The foundation of remembrance of Amen Gratitude is 4: remembrance qauly, zikir qalbi, remembrance of spirit and remembrance fi'ly. There are also 4 benefits of dzikir mentioned by Amin Syukur: (a) establishing faith (b) growing positive moral energy (c) avoiding danger and (d) as mental therapy. The relevance of remembrance with the aim of Islamic education according to Amin Syukur has a very close relationship. Remembrance is a way to make a person become a good, noble human being and of course remember his creation in this world which can lead people to become insan kāmil. Because it integrates the vision of faith, science and humanity where its formation is built through the process of Islamic education. Insan Kāmil without Islamic education will not be able to do the regeneration so that will result in the extinction of oneself (experiencing gaps even the disappearance of cadres who carried out the relay of the struggle of Insan Kāmil). On the contrary Islamic education without Insan Kāmil will not have a thing system that guarantees the birth of educational cadres who can take part in the future progress of life. The results of the research are expected can provide a reference for the education system so need attention for affective and psychomotor domains also.
Entertainment content generated by social media, one of which is YouTube, is now able to compete with conventional audio-visual media events. The amount of new media entertainment content is also increasingly diverse as there are more content creators and market competition is getting bigger. One of the content creators that has the largest viewers and subscribers in Indonesia is Baim Wong's Baim Paula YouTube account which has been watched two billion viewer. Baim Paula's account takes advantage of the content commodification process to produce products that are liked by netizens. This study focuses on analyzing the commodification of content on the theme of "sharing money" on Baim Paula's Youtube account with Vincent Mosco's theory of commodification. Mosco explained that commodification consists of commodification of content, audition and workers. Based on the analysis, it was concluded that Baim Paula's account was able to take advantage of the commodification process to generate billions of viewers and get advertisements. The commodification used is the commodification of content and the commodification of workers. These two codifications have succeeded in making Baim Paula's YouTube money sharing show a high rating and benefits
The purpose of this paper analyzes the differences in sanctions regulation for violations of Article 15 and Article 19 of Law No. 24 of 2011 on Social Security Administering Body (Law 24/2011), which is a violation of Article 15 of Law 24/2011 subject to administrative sanctions (based on Article 5 PP 86/2013), while violations of Article 19 paragraph (1) and (2) of Law 24/2011 are subject to criminal sanctions (based on Article 55 of Law 24/2011). This study used normative juridical research methods. The results of this study show that there is a gap in the regulation and application of sanctions between Article 15 and Article 19 of Law 24/2011, whereas substantive violations of both articles are the same, because employers do not register themselves and their workers as participants to the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS). In fact, it aims to avoid the collection and payment of dues of participants who are responsible to BPJS. It should be a violation of Article 15 of Law 24/2011 not subject to administrative sanctions, but criminal sanctions article 55 of Law 24/2011 as well as Article 19 paragraph (1) and (2) Law 24/2011. The problem is constrained by the principle of legality in criminal law and depends on the ‘Courage’ of the judge to make a legal discovery. Conclusions obtained in the study are: (a) open possibility of application of criminal sanctions (ultimum remedium)against violations of Article 15 of Law 24/2011; (b) the occurrence of dissent against the possible application of criminal sanctions for violations of Article 15 of Law 24/2011 due to the separation of sanctions arrangements; (c) Employees of The Manpower Supervisory (PPK) must be observant and committed in law enforcement, especially against violations of Article 15 of Law 24/2011; and (d) on the issue of differences in sanctions it needs a deep understanding and built comprehensive legal construction as well as the need for legal discovery by judges.
