Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat motivasi belajar siswa dalam pelajaran matematika dan perbedaan motivasi belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan konseling rational emotif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Jurusan Listrik dan Jurusan Bangunan sebanyak 30 responden. Prosedur penelitian ini adalah berupa wawancara konseling, observasi, dan analisis dokumen yang berasal dari konselor berupa pengamatan terhadap partisipasi dan kebiasaan dalam belajar. Instrumen penelitian yang dilakukan berupa bahan perlakuan dengan memberikan pre-test dan post-test dengan pemberian angket/kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa tingkat motivasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 4 Gowa umumnya rendah (kategori rendah 21 responden dan agak rendah 9 responden). Namun, setelah diadakan konseling rational emotif menunjukkan peningkatan yang tinggi (kategori tinggi 20 responden, agak rendah 7 responden, dan rendah 3 responden) terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dan terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pelajaran matematika sebelum dan sesudah penerapan konseling rational emotif di SMK Negeri 4 Gowa.
This study aims to develop Student Worksheets (SW) based on Science Process Skills (SPS) in ecosystem material that using a development research model that refers to the four D (4D) model initiated by Thiagarajan. This model consists of the define phase, design phase, develop stage, and disseminate stage. The subject of research is students in class X at Senior High School in Makassar city, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The results based on the analysis of the data obtained that the first is Student Worksheets based on Science Process Skills are in the "Valid" category. The second is the practicality of Science Process skill (SPS)-based Students Worksheet (SW). After limited testing, this research showed that both teacher and student responses are in the "Very positive" category." The results of the N-Gain analysis in the experiment using the Students Worksheets based on Science Process Skills was in the" High "category. This research found that "Students Worksheets based on science process skills" could be developed in the valid, practical, and effective category. Thus, learning using Students Worksheets based on Science Process Skills comprises an innovation in Biology learning especially in Ecosystem materials.
